My ‘agent’ from A Place for Mom was great. I explained what we were looking for and what our price point was. We were given a few suggestions and they set the appointments. My agent kept touching base with me until we found what we were looking for. She made it so fast and easy. What a time saver.... Read more

August 16, 2024Thanks for leaving us this stellar review. You really made our day!
My mom loves the Wii bowling league. She has made friends through that and is very happy. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families, but the only complaint she has is the food isn't very good.

June 17, 2024Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re so proud that you trust us with the care of your loved one.
I'm staying here because I love ALL of the staff. So wonderful! The place is clean and ALWAYS smells clean. I love my housekeeper. So nice. There are family meetings. Parties inviting family. The food is good. Alternative menu, if you choose. Homemade desserts. Excellent soups. Fun activities. I don't care for all of the activities, so I go to the ones that I like. The residents are friendly and surprisingly caring of each other. I couldn't be happier. It was an adjustment at first, but I fit in here just right. I love the design of the building and the rooms. I have recommended The Addison to many people. I am very happy here and so are my friends who also decided to come here to live.

We really loved the location and the villa accommodations, but there was frequent turnover.

The staff are patient yet responsive and thorough throughout the entire pandemic and our loved ones sickness. We had to request maintenance to clean and make minor repairs in the villa, but overall the community is clean. From sales to support the staff members are great. We cannot comment on the activities because our loved one has not experienced them yet. It was the most expensive option but so far value for cost seems reasonable

They are very friendly and take care of issues fairly quickly. They check on my mom to see if she is ok, when she does not come down for dinner. Her main complaint is the food isn't good. She has already discussed this issue with the staff.

A Place for Mom has scored The Addison of Park Crescent 9.3 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
