It's a beautiful house. It's bright, airy, open, and comfortable. As an option for somebody who doesn't need a lot of chare, I think it's a really good place. But for somebody who kind of needs more hands-on, one-on-one type care, maybe not so much. If you have a parent that you need to be aware every time they get up in the night, you might need a different type of facility. Although they did offer to put a monitor up in her room after the fact. And if they had offered that initially, we would have opted for that. We felt like the staff were lovely and friendly to us. the entire staff was so caring. They kept me in the loop. In the two weeks, he had with Tender Touch, I feel he had excellent care from caring people.
