Residents took meals in their rooms as well as spent most of their day in their rooms, as per the home owner. It was quite depressing.

They are doing a perfect job. It's amazing! My parents are very impressed even. We don't have any complaints what so ever. It's very clean, immaculate. They treat my Grandma like family they are so nice. Their children will visit with her, just like she's part of the family.
