Do not allow your loved ones to go here for further physical therapy services. They falsify medical records, make dangerous uneducated changes to meds. And dont bother telling anyone about said changes even though they were directly advised to do so. The nurses and administrators blatantly lie and cover up for the nurse practitioner who likes to pretend to be a doctor. They claim to give patients the right to have a say in their treatment plan as well as be informed of whatever treatment or decisions are made. This is NOT the case. If you try to evoke that right you will be punished and likely never find out. Good luck

Very nice facility. Open, friendly. I have always lived near this facility and known about it for years. It has a huge complex with multiple areas for everything from Independent Living to Memory Care. This is one of our favorites that we have toured.

This was a nice community. It seemed clean during our tour and the people we met were nice. This community was just a little to far away for us.
