My Mother [name removed] has been a resident of this Facility since 2018. Shortly after I went to visit and upon arrival to the Facility, I immediately realize how the facility was clean and smell fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous. My Mother was a bit nervous at first but quickly adapt to her environment. It has been two years since my Mother has been a resident. The service is still superb!! Everyone including the kitchen staff, administrate personnel's, the CNA's, the Activities department and maintenance crew has given my Mother the love and attention she deserve. I couldn't have chosen a better Facility for my Mother as she is happy and is being cared for tremendously. Thank you Tamarac Rehabilitation Center! This is definitely home , away from home! My father did everything he needed to do there. He didn't complain about anything there, and that's a good thing. We didn't have any bad experiences at Tamarac, and we've had bad experiences with other rehabs in the past.

It is clean here. The patients go to activity rooms and the staff does not leave the patients in the halls. I want my loved one to do more rehab therapy.

It has been good at Tamarac. The food could be better. When I eat with my loved one, I see him and other residents picking at, not really eating the food. At our care meeting, the staff was just so helpful and responsive. The facility helped so much.

The stay with Tamarac Rehab went well overall. They were friendly throughout the stay. The only thing is, I wish the nursing staff could have been a little more attentive.

In general, the cleanliness was up to par. It was always clean. The overall experience was hit or miss as far as the care level. I understand there are limitations with the quality of care they can provide when they have so many patients or at peak times when a lot of the residents need help at the same time. I had a difficult time with communication, as far as getting information.

The staff was helpful and nice. They did a good job but they need better training on when someone is having a major issue. When my loved one went in he was speaking and walking. When he left he could not stand and walk. So I do not see how he could be discharged in that condition.

They got my mom back on her feet and took great care of her and she is very happy! I see a world of difference for her. The food was hot and tasted great. Everything was excellent. Some of the nurses were great and went out of their way to help me with my mom.

They have very nice people there. It is very clean. I wish the room was a little bigger but the service is so good there. There is one bathroom for four people. They are more than glad to assist anything I ask them. I have to reach out to them but it is good. I wish the doctor would update us or the nurse would give a thorough update to us.

Tamarac was very pleasant! My loved one's stay was nice actually. The rehab team at Tamarac is very nice. My husband can be a bit grumpy and they handled him so well. He made a lot of progress there and was able to come home after. I would surely recommend them. We were satisfied with both the therapy and his nursing care. The nurses were all great. It was very very clean. He liked the meals. If I ever had any questions they were right on it with information.

My loved one had excellent care with the nurses and therapists being very attentive. The staff was very good. They were recommended by someone we knew. She only complained about the food. She is picky. They answered all of my questions with no issues. Anything she needed they got and took care of my mom. One of the certified nurses aides was very attentive with ice and she brought my mom something else if she wanted some other food. They were constantly cleaning and the floors were immaculate. I went into the visitors bathroom and it was very clean. The courtyards were being cleaned constantly. When I walked in they knew what she was doing. If I called in they answered my questions.

My loved one did nicely with the therapy services. It was typical hospital food. The communication was very good.
