Springtree Rehabilitation and Health Center

The worst experience any patient should have to endure. [name removed] prescribing critical medication at a rate of 4x the prescribed dose, sides effects Some would say overdosing Mom is now home and needs hospitalization again, after WINNING TWO APPEALS with Medicare for medical reasons and inadequate care as a technicality. This time mom needs hospitalization because of the ineptness of the doctor not for phenomena. Upon leaving 2 additional medications were given without any consent. Stop this doctor in her tracks. Very little advocacy for any residents.

Springtree rehabilitation center is the most incredible place. The staff , the directors, the nurses, the medical doctors everyone from food service to laundry to the director of the center were professional comforting and helpful. They made a difficult situation with our loved one easier to handle and I give them five out of five stars! Excellent service, excellent care, incredible staff [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] everyone was incredible

I was sent there for a back problem. Therapy was good. The rest of it a nightmare. It was very dirty. Food was bad. Most meals were terrible. Medications were mixed up. My roommate waited for over a hour for an aide to take her to the bathroom quite a few times. Bathrooms were especially dirty. I have no idea how this filthy place passes inspection. An aide told me she is so embarrassed by the condition of this place. I was actually woke up during the night to ask If I was sleeping every night. They attempted to give me medications that were not mine. I problem has to be management. When I left there I was supposed to get a walker. They did not give me one. I left on a Saturday and was told to call them Tuesday to get a walker. They had rugs for my roommate which was a trip hazard for me. When I complained they told me to be careful. One night I tripped and injured my ribs. Terrible terrible place do not go there or send your loved one there.

They've been really, really good. The communication is really good. The service, they care. When my mother calls for the staff, they come almost immediately, their response time is really good. They're on top of it.

We are enjoying the stay with Springtree Rehab. Everyone has been so friendly. The dietitian is on point. They gave me some helpful information and tips for the future after my loved one is discharged. My concern is just that I get more information about how she is coming along with her therapy program. All in all, she is happy there.

Everybody is very attentive. The nurses are constantly checking on my husband. I just feel they're great, I can't say anything bad about them.

The stay with Springtree Rehab went well. They were friendly.

My loved one is using Springtree Rehab to get exercise and he is very happy with his therapy program. I am happy with the nursing care he receives here. I would definitely recommend Springtree to a friend!

My mom had been there once before, and the staff was familiar with her. Everybody was nice and kind and she had a good experience there. This is my mother's favorite rehab. The facility itself is clean and the meals are always good.

The stay at Springtree Rehab has been good other than the food mess-ups. We voiced our concerns and everything has since been straightened out. The staff has really been wonderful throughout the experience.

We are very happy with the staff. The place is kept very clean and the staff is very attentive.

The nurses are very nice. They should renovate the place.

My loved one is using the therapy services. In general, we are happy with the nursing care. They are not as attentive here as they were at the hospital. The only thing is, we are a little bit unsure about a lot of his physical status. It would be nice to have more updates along the way. I would recommend Springtree to a friend.

The experience at Springtree Health Care Center was good and the staff was all very friendly. The only issue was the food. I saw this with both my loved one as well as her roommate. It seemed as though the meals, in general, were not good. Sometimes they were overcooked. Other than that, the stay went well.

All of the staff was cordial. He was clean and he was eating. I was okay with the care, but he got dehydrated there. It's the whole dehydration that threw me for a loop. I just think they maybe should have monitored that more.

Some of the nurses are very receptive and come back to me with answers right away and some don't.

I would not board my dogs there after the experience I had with my husband. The facility was full of ants, the trash was overflowing. The aides were lazy and uninformed. The nurses were always too busy to care and the case manager was inexcusably incompetent. She provided almost no information on county/community resources, yet I found out later that there are many resources provided. She promised to make calls that she never made to try & contact my husband's doctor, who I left messages for but never got a call back. His therapy was okay, but the staff greatly exaggerated his progress leading to a earlier than ideal release date. I would definitely not send anyone I care about to Springtree Rehab in Sunrise. I'm sorry I didn't know better at the time.

My Mom [name removed] was in this rehab for 2 1/2 weeks. This experience was a very good one. I was in several rehabs with my brother last year. Some should be shut down. Spring tree was a totally different experience! Everyone was so helpful and competent! The Physical and Occupational therapists were excellent!My mom just adored [name removed] just to name a few. Sorry to all the others I did get your names. There are not too many rehabs out there that are as wonderful as here. I am grateful her Dr. sent here.[name removed]

My mother, 98 years of age, was in Springtree following a stroke. I found the facility to be more akin to a hotel than a rehabilitation center. It is clean, well-appointed, and well-maintained. The staff (office personnel, nurses and aides) are knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend Springtree to anyone requiring a rehabilitation stay or nursing care for their loved one.

I think it's good. Their rehab therapists are doing good for my loved one. He is improving a little at a time. The nurses are really good. He doesn't always like some of the food. They need a little more variety. I don't get any updates on his care. I don't know if they're talking to him or not.
