Honestly, ALL 5! I am so glad my uncle is there! He is very very happy, and, I'm very pleased with all of the above. Very very clean The management has turned over a couple of times, but, I'm not sure why That being said, I've had no issues with anyone in management My uncle gets housekeeping and laundry services Both are by the same lady, [name removed] She does a great job

Facility isn't user friendly... one of the side doors is broken. If a person tries to unlock the door it doesn't work effortlessly. The chapel is disgusting and so is the gym. There are fruit flies and leakages everywhere. The staff revolves like an open door and rarely follow through with anything. However they expect their tenants to be on time with payments.

I am currently a resident at Sycamores Terrace Senior Apartments and overall, my experience has been great. All of the staff are great and super friendly. The housekeeping could be improved, but I have VERY high standards. I am sure most people would not see a problem. I have not eaten many of the meals, but they are top notch in talking to anyone here and based on the ones that I have had. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!!

I came here to meet a friend for lunch one day and I liked it and I liked the people and they had an apartment available so I moved in. All of the people here are very friendly. I think the apartment sizes here are good for what I need. I have had a little difficulty with maintenance, but other than that I am happy. I would recommend.

Very nice administrator who actually lives in the facility herself. It was the most economical of the six facilities we visited but it was probably the oldest facility and in an older, more rundown part of town. The people were very accommodating and flexible. I did like the fact that the on-site pharmacy will deliver meds daily.

Covered parking, balconies or patios were pluses to us. Independent living apartments are on the first and second floors, assisted living on the 3rd. Many amenities here. The 2 bedroom apartment was large with 2 bathrooms which would be ideal for us or even two roommates.

The facility was nice, well maintained. If we choose the possibility of assisted living, we would probably select this facility. The people, including residents were friendly and helpful.

As hard as it was I had to move my mom from here to another community because this was not a locked community and my mother got out and had wandered. The community was lovely very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and kind however I don't think they are setup to handle people with dementia that get confused and wander. If my mom hadn't progressed so badly I would have loved to keep her here.

This looked like a nice community when we toured it a while back. The people were nice and friendly. They offer independent living, assisted living and respite stays. They seem to offer some nice amenities and activities. We were not ready to move at the time we looked into this community.

A Place for Mom has scored Sycamores Terrace Senior Apartments 8.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
