Tower 2 that my Mom moved in years ago was nice. Staff, people who stayed here etc but when my Mom moved to tower 1 it was a joke. Unfriendly staff, sneaky maintenance who always bs'd around, bugs, homeless people wondering in after hours, trash stunk, many alarms, no maintenance order fulfilled, camera stalkers that were not approved by First 48 and Metro Police always showed up. Many times rent was payed and that's the only time staff were nice but after it was like being in JC Napier. Too many brown nosers in the complex, maybe a series could be produced so they could invest money back into the buildings and PLEASE BE CAREFUL if anyone stays with you too long in YOUR apartment because they'll become Petty Pansies. Thank you Chippington Towers 1, you all are great at not doing your job efficiently and I hope you all win a Oscar for the most work not done effectively.

I would only recommend Chippington Towers I to others as a last resort. The elevators break down often, the staff is unfriendly, and there is nowhere to sit in the lobby for visitors. The building has been updated, so that's nice.

Chippington Towers is currently going thru construction. Value and cost are good. Staff has changed. My experience finding them through A Place for Mom was great.
I've had many experiences with The Management Team at Chippington Towers and in my personal opinion, they are by far, less than helpful, uneducated and rude. I feel like this apartment complex is infested with roaches because I always saw them everywhere and if you run into any type of issue that involves management, you can count on getting the wrong information every single time. I would never recommend anyone you care about living here.

SINCE MANAGEMENT HAS PROHIBITED SMOKING ON THE PREMISES, THE AREA AT THE ENTRANCE OF TOWER 1 IS LITTERED WITH TRASH AND SMELLY CIGARETTE BUTTS. IN THE PAST, IT WAS REALLY NICE TO WALK BY THIS AREA AND ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF THE PROPERTY; HOWEVER THIS VIEW HAS BEEN DIMINISHED BY THE RESIDENTS WHO GATHER AT THIS ENTRANCE DAILY SMOKING AND LITTERING. SOMETHING SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE DONE TO PREVENT THIS AREA FROM BECOMING THE NEXT "GHETTO".

The back tower is really old and a strong moldy smell. The laundry room has flooded several times going through the trash shut and flooding rooms causing people to get sick. The entire building needs to be remodeled.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. The tour guide was very kind, and informative. All my questions were answered. The community looked decent, but a little to old for my tasted overall.

Dad is still adjusting to living at this community. He does not yet participate in any of the many activities they offer. He makes his own food. The community is clean and the staff have been very helpful. We like that he is able to be more independent and I would recommend this community.

My father in law is doing well at this community and he seems to have adjusted very well. They are caring for him very good. They keep the community nice and clean, only problem I've had is the smell of smoke is everywhere. The staff is nice and attentive. There are nice activities offered. Everything is going very well and I would recommend it.

The appearance and residents were pleasant. Completely disrespectful office people. Not willing to communicate with me at all. I told them and showed the online confirmation scheduled 2 weeks prior. Still denied communication. Not satisfied with the office personnel at all.

The rooms are good size. We've seen it before, so we were not surprised. Just needs to be aired a little and it's ok. People are great and always positive.

Chippington Towers smells so badly because they allow smoking! How is it possible when they receive federal and state money? My apartment was not cleaned at all. Everything is discolored due to cigarette smoke. The Service Coordinator is nice and the community is supportive

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I wasn't impressed by what I saw here, it just had a run down low quality feel. They didn't seem like they had much to provide for their residents other than living space.

Smoke fills the hallways, but this was facility was much nicer than Hickory Hollow. the surrounding area, green grass and birds singing, outdoor balconies make this a very nice facility.

A Place for Mom has scored Chippington Towers I 7.3 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
