Surrounded by wooded greenery, Suzanne Elise Assisted Living Facility welcomes seniors into the secluded assisted living community located in the small city of Seaside, Oregon. Round-the-clock caregivers provide personalized care services from medication management to wellness evaluations. Additionally, if needed, the community has on-call staff members dedicated to medical assistance. Beyond the medical assistance team, the community offers on-site transportation services, which enable seniors to attend local medical appointments. Besides long-term supervision and assistance, the community offers short-term care (i.e. respite care).
While receiving constant supervision, residents can choose between an on-site studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment. These apartments are filled with natural light and a homelike atmosphere. Additionally, all apartments include safety features, such as grab bars, emergency call systems, and accessible showers.
When residents are not relaxing in one of the 79 rooms, they can participate in activities or explore on-site amenities. Through the fully scheduled activity calendar, the community hosts multiple daily pastimes like fitness classes, walking club adventures, trivia competitions, scenic drives, religious services, arts and crafts, community outings, and more. In between activities, residents can socialize in the restaurant-style dining room, where meals are served throughout the day.
Experience comfortable living at Suzanne Elise Assisted Living Facility.

The communication was not good and no follow though we believe it was due to staff loss issues. We couldn’t get a call back from anyone in the community. We believe it was just bad timing and not the right fit for mom. But I have been told it is a good facility, just our personal experience was bad.
My parent lives here. The administration cuts corners at every turn. The food has gone from decent to barely edible. You would think that for the amount of money they charge they would actually cook. Many medication errors. Understaffed and minimal training. Light housekeeping- very light. What exactly are we paying for? Rethink placing your family member here.
