I toured this facility and it was good. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They were great about answering all of our questions. Our loved one had dementia, so we were looking for something a little more secure. For that reason, it wasn't the best fit for us. Otherwise, I would recommend touring the facility as an option.
This was an older building and not as clean as we anticipated. The tour guide didn't know the answers to our questions.
Exceptional from my first inquiry to my mom's move-[name removed] was fantastic-kept in touch wit me throughout COVID when I was leery of moving my mom to the day we moved in and the welcome we received. [Name removed] made the application /public aid and contract signing a breeze-so awesome the home is clean, bright and the staff are welcoming and so helpful and friendly-would and have recommend this place to may!
