This is a very unhappy place due to managements attitude towards the residents. we are treated like inmates. always looking for some infraction either exaggerated or made up. The manager encourages tenants to tell on each other causing problems. manager never investigates just write up. Most tenants here are very unhappy and stuck in a negative toxic environment.

Most of these old people are rude, hateful, Intrusive & Nosy!! Property Mgr is Senile with dementia, multiple personalities. Doesn't Care about Residents. Maintenance are Rude thoughtless& arrogant. It's a place to live for low income. Just Don't expect Anything. Must defend yourself from Mgmt office staff. Unless you like to kiss their Butts.

The mgr is difficult to get along with, Intrusive & very moody. Not fond of grandkids or dogs being around. Just not a nice person. Very few activities. Not really a friendly place.
