Love all the music the most! The entertainment is the best. Every time I turn around there is something new and different. This place always surprises me.

She frequently comments about how nice the staff is and she has made some friends with the other residents. She loves the field trips too. It took a bit to get used to since she left her home but now she loves it!

We visited a number of facilities when my mom could no longer live alone. StoryPoint was my Mom's favorite - the staff and residents were truly warm and welcoming, which made the transition much easier. There's a lot of emphasis on activities for people of all ages and abilities. The staff works hard to make sure new people make friends and get involved. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace. My Mom's apartment is very comfortable. She loves the wide doorways and walk-in shower, all the little touches that make life easier when your mobility is impaired. All in all, it's been a great fit for us, and I would recommend it highly.

I have never had a negative experience with an employee of Story Point. The staff. They are so nice and helpful and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Although my loved one passed away, they looked after her as if she was their own. The staff and residents are lovely. A wonderful place for your loved one. If someone is looking for a community that truly cares for one another. It's the best around.

My mom says they are understaffed and meals are very slow, however my parents enjoy the programming. We like that they have been able to get meals delivered when they are sick and that they are in an environment without stairs and with handrails everywhere.

I know the Visiting Angels are not doctors or nurses but it would be nice if they were trained a little more on possibly blood sugar machines how to use them and different other items like that to help the residents out otherwise there's no complaints the the place is nice it's kept well and my mom really does enjoy being there.

The facility is great. Seems like dad has so many places to go or walk to. Could be updated but everyone seems happy. The staff I can't say enough good things about. Absolutely everyone is so friendly and kind not only to dad but all of us that go to visit. Dad says it is the best decision he has ever made moving to New England Club!

My parents moved in 2 years ago after my Mom had complications from knee surgery. The process was smooth & seamless. [name removed] and the Sales team went above & beyond to make sure they understood my parents' needs to ensure we chose the best unit. Mom and Dad were thrilled with their huge balcony overlooking the woods & they love their 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It is perfect to give them both the space they need. Steve & staff offer a wide range of activities daily & holidays, perfect for everyone. Since move in, my Dad has had a few strokes & because of the amazing staff, they quickly recognized he was behaving differently & immediately called 911 & me to get him urgent care. Their staff truly cares & knows each resident personally, so they are a valuable resource to help monitor my parents continuously. Visiting Angels are on site, so we have been able to simply increase the care they receive onsite & have not had to separate them or move them to an assisted living facility.

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday New England Club and everything has been great for her at this facility. The staff there is very friendly and seem to care. They offer a good selection of activities for varying interests. However, the phone and internet service is pathetic. Also, finding housekeeping staff seems to be difficult. Overall, I would recommend Holiday New England Club to family and friends.

I would recommend to others, it was a good recommendation. Best choice we made.My loved one is very happy and looks so much better.

Tour was very informative and we are preparing to move mom soon. The Sales Lady Touring us was so pleasant and is an asset to the staff. Extremely bubbly. We love that we have an option to use a company there or bring in anyone we want to help with mom's needs. I think she is looking forward to making a move soon. Thank you

Very friendly staff, nice amenities. Once my dad was moved in, a number of services were removed & many staff were let go, so he didn't feel what he was paying for was as advertised. My dads biggest impression was how homey it felt there. I would recommend to others.

My father lived here for a little over a year until his circumstances changed! He loved it and so did I !! The staff was so friendly and genuine, the remodeled facility is beautiful and warm. The food, excellent all meals. And the best part for us....the competitive all inclusive pricing! Highly recommend!!

My mother has been living there for 10 years and she loves it! She loves the food and the dining experience in general. The staff is so wonderful and everyone is just so kind. My mom loves to be busy and she has enjoyed all the fun activities at The New England Club. [name removed] is in charge of entertainment and he goes out of his way to include everyone in a wide range of fun activities. Mom has made so many good friends there. (and so have I)

Based on our experience what we think needs improvement is housekeeping - our loved one is upset with housekeeping. They had cleaned the toilet themselves yesterday. Men's restroom in workout area almost always needs cleaning.

Holiday New England Club decorates beautifully, we have not been up there recently to see the Christmas décor but last time we visited they had Mum's galore and they just do a great job making it a pleasant environment. The community itself is very clean, well kept and well managed. The staff are very helpful and any time we had a maintenance request it was expedited right away. Our loved one enjoys playing bingo and for a recent football game they had pizza. The meals overall seem to be good and based on the experience so far we would recommend them to other families.

This place is NOT for any resident that needs assisted living of any kind. The manger [name removed] cannot be trusted. He will tell you anything to get you to sign.

This community is a little expensive but it is worth it.
