I thought The Pettee House was nice. I really liked it. I liked that they had us do a Covid test before going in - that made me feel like they were really protecting their clients. I also liked that you could transition into more nursing home type care there if you needed to, although they did not have any kind of needs-based financial assistance as care needs increased. Overall it was just a smaller community than we were looking for.
I would tell my friends that this community was adequate and if someone had to go there it would be ok. The community seemed to be clean. The food at Pettee House was adequate and cold from my loved one's perspective.
