Stone Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care

overall good experience, sometimes short staffed for volume of residents; need better guest entry/exit solution such a key pad.

My 102 year old grandma went into assisted living at Stone Creek in Alliance Ohio and I have been nothing but pleased with her care. The staff is caring and patient. She has plenty of activities to allow her to socialize. She has a large window so we brought her bird feeder and she can enjoy what she loves which is watching the birds. The place is very well maintained and so is her room. The food is plentiful with options at each meal. She gets great medical care and staff is quick to react if there is a need. I really feel in her fragile state this is the best place for her. She says she's very happy there after five months of staying and does not wish to return home.

Stone Creek is a Beautiful place inside and out! My mother has been a resident at Stone Creek since the [date removed]. Moving in during the pandemic was a real challenge. I visited at her window where we could see each other and talk by phone. The staff was very accommodating and would assist any way possible. When COVID numbers dropped to a safe level the doors opened for inside visits. My mother has been on several outings even though she is in a wheelchair thanks to the caring staff. She has visited the Mckinley Monument, Heggy's, Bob Evans and Silver Park just to name a few. She also rode in the Stone Creek bus for the Carnation Parade last year! Bingo takes place every week and there's movies, crafts and other activities to enjoy. There is a fantastic patio that we enjoyed last summer. Hoping this year there will be many cookouts and activities for the residents to enjoy!

We toured over a dozen facilities before finally visiting Stone Creek. No other facility compared. Stone Creek is top of the line with reasonable and affordable rates depending on need. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are all caring, welcoming, supportive, ready to help in any way, and very friendly. We are comfortable leaving my brother in their care. He seemed to adjust well , meeting new friends and actually perked up. He wasn't lonely anymore. He is eating better and taking his medications correctly. The facility is large enough to take care of everyone, but also small enough for the residents to feel like family. They have a lot of activities and outings for residents. The entire place is clean and well maintained. Meals are provided, laundry is done once a week, and rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. We give Stone Creek our highest recommendation and thank them for making this a home.

Mom and Dad have been living in the Memory unit at Stone Creek going on seven months. In that time they have received excellent care. From the moment you walk in the door, every level of the staff is there to help you. The nurses have been exemplary and the staff keeps the facility very clean.. My only wish is that they would have a larger staff at night to handle phone calls and the such, but they are doing their very best with the staffing they have. I’m very happy with Stone Creek.

Stone creek is a great facility. The staff is very attentive and compassionate. The management is always helpful and are quick to answer any questions.

My mother started in Assisted Living at this facility about 4 years ago, it was wonderful in all aspects of continued life. Then COVID hit, nothing any of us would have thought possible. Its been rough through all the mandated lock downs, change of owners, move from AL to Memory Care - however through it all, out of all the places in area, this facility and the care received by Care"givers" are in my opinion the best in the area. We all have to be active in our loved ones care first hand to make sure the care stays, however thru everything the effort of each goes beyond the call of duty, most all have treated the families at Stone Creek as their own... Come Visit and see for yourself

Very happy with the facility. Our mother has had physical therapy and can do many things now without assistance. [Name removed], the community liaison was very knowledgeable about the facility. Anytime we have questions he has answered immediately or directed us to someone who knows. The caregivers are wonderful and encourage our Mother to join in activities and interact with others. We are thankful for the care .

Our mother has been with this facility for over a month. The care is second to none. Her room is exceptionally clean. She is treated like family from all staff members. They are wonderful with open communication with us. We came to this facility very discouraged from a previous place and all the staff at Stone Creek listened to our needs for our mother and have went above and beyond. So glad to have this wonderful facility in Alliance, OH. Our mother is more alert and talkative and absolutely loves it here. Thank you Stone Creek for your exceptional care!

We have had a good experience the move in of our mother went very smoothly the cleanliness of the entire facility is great . Our mother seems to be liking her stay there and getting along with other fairly well

Like many places, there has been turnover but overall the staff has been very pleasant & helpful. Would like to see moms bedding laundered a little more often.

From the very beginning application process to moving mom in the experience has been wonderful! They are very accommodating and every staff member I have come in contact with has always been friendly and had moms best interest in mind! The residents are all very nice and seem very happy! I’m glad we found Stone Creek for mom!

My mother is a new resident & I am already so impressed with Stone Creek & its staff! I knew from my first call to inquire about the facility that it was the right place for my mom. Out of all the facilities I was considering, Stone Creek was the ONLY place where the sales/marketing manager's first questions were about my mom & her needs & NOT her ability to pay for care. He's also kept me up to date on how my mom is adjusting since she moved in. I felt very comfortable with the director when she came to do my mom's assessment. She was warm & kind, and included my mother in our conversation even though Mom had very little ability to answer questions about herself without assistance. The reception staff is always very welcoming. The care team has been great and, in just a short amount of time, has gotten my mom to do things she wouldn't do at home for me. It's comforting to know that she's being cared for by such kind people. I am very grateful for this facility & its staff!

The staff and administration at Stone Creek have been amazing. They accepted mom and dad knowing my mother had many health challenges including being on peritoneal dialysis and wheel-chair bound. They provided excellent care for her and made her remaining five months with my dad the best they could be. When mom passed a few weeks ago, the entire staff stepped up to support my dad. I highly recommend Stone Creek to anyone looking for a place of comfort for their loved ones.

Friendly, over the top accommodating. Helped me in every way possible to get my Mom moved in and settled as quickly as I needed. Everyone that I have dealt with from the Liaison, who did everything but cartwheels to give us the prompt experience that we needed, to the nurse who did the assessment, the receptionist, and everyone in between has been wonderful.
