The communication from the lady [name removed] who runs the place and the care and compassion that she gives to our loved one goes way above and beyond anything and everything we expecting. The staff to residents ratio is totally adequate. They monitor all of the residents in all the different rooms which is so nice. [name removed] also lives on the premises so she is very hands on and knows about everything going on. Our loved one is bed ridden and pretty much non verbal and she gives our loved one a bath everyday and makes sure she has clean bedding. St. Anne's is a rare facility in that the owners live on the premises and keep a close eye on the individual treatment of each resident. The owners, [names removed], and their staff are incredibly loving and caring, treating all residents as family. They take a personal and deep interest in the care and well-being of each person at the highest level. From general nursing and medication management to recreational activities and holiday celebrations, the level of care is unmatched for this type of facility. The family-oriented environment is nurturing and homey. Regular outings and holiday festivities add tremendous joy to the lives of everyone. [names removed] go out of their way to engage residents regularly throughout the day. Nothing slips through the cracks in this wonderful home. Family members can feel confident that their loved ones are well-cared for and safe.

The staff at this community where very accommodating to me when I had arrived to take a tour of there facility. I was just driving by and did not have a set time to come visit and they took me right in with no problem to show me the property. The management team showed me around and where very friendly with a positive attitude. I really made a connection with them and appreciated there time.

St. Anne's Golden Years Home was a beautiful clean community. My tour was very nice i was able to see some interaction between staff and residents. I received a proper tour of the rooms that they have. Meal plans are available and some nursing services. I thought the community overall was nice and the guide was smart.

My mom spent her last three years here!The owners are genuine dear family oriented folks! Mom was fesity and had been in a few homes in the last 9 yrs. The staff is extremely kind, gentle, patient, and provided my mom with care, concern and I believe, love!! Mom always talked about going to her home in another city! I told her I would take her and than she would change her mind and say,"No, I like it here!" This brought me peace of mind and the fact her sons and daughter would drop in unannounced at any time. We were always welcomed with a smile .. Thank you Maria, and staff for making my comfortable and above all. making us feel comfortable with our choice! Robyn, Kenny, Buzzy Your kindness and concern meant the world to us!!
