The aesthetic of the community was clean, bright and decorated nicely. The community was a bait and switch. The kindness and professionalism of staff, and the amenities/services were exaggerated. Once she moved in the standard of everything diminished.

I am starting to look again. The management are incredible pretenders. Everything is "Later" from them! There are plenty of room for improvements at Spring House Lithia Springs.

Spring House understands what independent living truly means. Providing the essentials( private space, meals and entertainment), allowing seniors to have the dignity and respect they deserve. The atmosphere is pleasant the moment you walk through the door. The housekeeping services is the icing on the cake.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a really nice tour experience. We were very pleased with the way the community looked, the staff we met with where outstanding and we even had lunch there. The rooms were just to small for our loved one and you could tell the community used to be a hotel that was converted.
The tour and building were phenomenal. The General Manager was well versed and knowledgeable. Great presentations.

We are happy with this facility. It's a great place for the price, they're very nice and accommodating. The food is ok, but they serve a lot of fish and mom is not a fish eater. She does like that she gets to pick breakfast and besides the fish, she's happy the food. I will mention, they are having some kind of water issue in her hallway and the carpet has been wet. I reported it to them and they seem to be trying to fix it with humidifiers and fans, but it's still an issue. They do have housekeeping. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This place has been a trial and error with changes in personnel, management and residents and owners. They have made changes gradually and doing their best. My difficulty here is the place is totally black population with only nine white residents. I believe it should be an equal focus. I believe we have 30-35 residents.

I would advise others to make sure you have all documents in writing up front, don't wait until a later date. make sure you get copies of everything you sign. I say this because the previous person in charge didn't keep track of things well. they lost track of our first payment, causing them to approach my loved one and ask them about it - this caused a lot of stress for him. since that incident, they now have a new person in charge who seems to be doing better as far as documents and important information goes. we really like that they offer 3 meals a day via chef who makes nutritional food to benefit their health. we especially like that the residents have a choice in what they eat, and they can make changes to their meal if something doesn't fit their preference. they also make sure to engage the community, and encourage them to mingle/network with each other so that they don't feel alone.
You have to be able to take care of your self if you are coming here to this community. They have activities like Bingo and more for the residents to do. Nice place just that some of the people here are not right. Some of the stuff I see is just weird, and when its reported nothing is done. The staff need more training and could use help with how to deal with everything going on in the community.

The value for cost here is really really great, I am very happy with my choice. The residents here really make you feel at home and feel very welcomed. The meals are wonderful, and with all the covid frustration and staffing issues sometimes the dining service is slow, and right now the activities are sparse.

Experience was a little mediocre, and they did not understand ADD compliance. It seemed like the worked they hired were a little inexperienced and during the year our loved one was there it seemed like they changed mangers eight different times. So there was a lot of turnover, and they would close the fire doors in the hallways which can cause issues for the residents who need wheelchairs. They are a good community for those who are physically able to move on their own and who are more active. The staff members were very polite and friendly, the food was always good and they offered a number of activities.

The tour was OK but I don’t think I’m going to be interested To me each apartment is basically a studio and the pricing is more like the one bedrooms If they had a studio price it would be different
