Solstice Senior Living at Normandy Park

We found Solstice to be a wonderful experience for Mom. Sadly, her condition advanced to a point of needing further care, and she has since passed away. But we would highly recommend Solstice to anyone needing minimal assistance. Wonderful staff and friendly residents.

I will be joining the neighborhood very soon and I just wanted to say [name removed] in sales has been very very helpful. We hit it off from day 1. I am so happy to have met him. He eased the frustration of finding the best place to live. I am very satisfied with all the amenities especially the Cafeteria. The spaghetti was the best I ever had and the carrot cake was oh, so so delicious (I never liked carrot cake) I was told to try a piece and next thing I knew my plate was empty so I asked for another so I could eat it in "SLOW MOTION" LOL. I am going to love it here and I thank you [name removed] for all of it. He showed me so much kindness I felt like Royalty. I assure you this is not an atta boy comment he went way ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me due to my issues and I am so GREATFUL. The staff was very kind to me as well during the tour they all treated me like ROYALTY. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH [name removed] you are truly a blessing that I was waiting to cross my path. I am HOME!

I'm a resident at Solstice at Normandy Park and overall things have been okay for me. The staff and other residents are friendly. The food is okay. The quality of care is okay. I'm finding that management and all staff are very receptive.

What I really like the most about the Solstice Senior Living community is the staff members and other residents - they are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place is getting a makeover and my apartment I have is gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is a resident at Solstice Senior Living at Normandy Park. The housekeeping is great. The food is also great. Everyone is super friendly at this facility. The activities are great, as well. I feel safe having my loved one here at this facility.

What really stood out to us was that the community was readably accessible, the room choice we had was a really nice choice and it is very affordable. They have a great assortment of activities. Based on the experience we would recommend this community to other families.

They were really super helpful getting us set up and move in. We had some difficult medical situations to work through, and there was lots of back and forth. The director at the time was super helpful and great. The staff seems to be great with my dad. He's made a bunch of friends. It's a great facility.

The executive director was incredible and so helpful. Our family was in a complicated situation and they were very accommodating. Unfortunately our loved one was not able to move in, due to the level of care they ended up needing and they were very generous to let us back out of the contract.

The people are nice and friendly. I like it here. The residents have a good time. I'm happy living here. overall The staff has an open door policy and you can talk to anyone that you need or want to. The residents had a meeting with the chef and things are being worked on from this meeting.

I would highly recommend you come here. It is just a great place. They have activities, the people are friendly, they have a shuttle service. The housekeeping is immaculate. The maintenance is quick to respond.

We chose Solstice at the time because of the value for the money as well as the location. The apartments here are larger than some other places we looked into and she also has a nice view from her room. The food got a lower score because of the quality of the meals. The best part about this community so far for me is the convenience and for my mom, she has always enjoyed the staff. I would recommend.

We chose Solstice Senior living for the location and the value for the money. The apartment sizes were very good, plenty of room for his needs. All of the staff members here were very helpful if we ever had any issues. I would recommend.

This was by far the best. They were very thorough in explaining things. Their incentives were awesome and I felt very comfortable with everyone I met. Where as the other places I didn’t meet anyone.

Our tour guide was quiet knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! It was nice to be able to walk around, meet a few residence and feel at ease. I also love that this company is reasonably priced! We put our deposit down before we left!

We wanted to be very careful when choosing a place for my sister and ultimately she would make the decision when she came to town. We looked at so many Senior Living facilities in the area for her. They all offered something different and prices varied from place to place. She chose Solstice because it was a warm and friendly place and the people that lived there seemed to really like it. My sister has lived there for years now and calls it home. The apartments are nice and the staff is great! The activities are fun and engaging and there is always a little something for everyone. The food is really good too. [Name removed] is in the office and is supportive of the people that live there and her staff, but also takes time if I have questions. She seems to really care about the people that live there and her staff. They all greet me with a smile and friendly hello. I would highly recommend Solstice in Normandy Park.

I liked this community when I visited. This community does allow pets and seems to offer some nice activities. The one thing I did not like is it felt a little dark inside.

My husband loves it here and I hate it. The food is horrible it is not prepared well. The quality is poor there is no taste to it and it is overcooked. We live in the basement apartment and it is extremely small for what we are paying for. There isn't enough closet space the carpets are too thick which makes it hard to walk. The staff is friendly enough but doesn't go out of the way to help you. The housekeeping is horrible they don't dust or vacuum and when they do they don't move any sort of furniture. The only thing that I like is the walk in a tub it's very convenient for me. The location of the property is poor we are near the airport so it's very noisy. They don't deliver food to your room for free there is a charge of $5.00 and they serve it in take out containers and by the time I get it it's cold.

The staff are helpful and accommodating. The food is pretty decent. This community does have an older resident population. They offer plenty of activities, however I wish they offered more outings. I like the size of my apartment and this community is in a good location for me.
