My relative has been living at this residence for over four years. Overall the place is fine, however most recently 1 of the 2 elevators in her building is out of order and has been for over 3 months. This is NOT good for the seniors, especially for those who cannot use the stairs. I have inquired about it and no information was given.

This facility is a beautiful place, it’s quite, and they keep it up. Everybody that I have met here seems to be so nice and they’re great. The office is very attended to you. If you were to have any questions they are always there to give you answers or help you out. The staff is very communicative and knowledgeable. They also provide meals for the residents, but I prefer to cook myself in my unit. They also have a lot of activities going on. They also provide transportation for trips out of town and they take you to places like downtown, the mall, and to see the Christmas decorations this time of year. They always have flyers to keep you up to date on what’s going on. They also have a beauty salon on site.
