I am currently a resident and trying very hard to find a place to move. I have been here 3 yrs. The people at the office are very unfriendly. They give out eviction notices for no reason. We are without hot water, heat or A/C several times a year. The roaches and bed bugs are unreal. The rent is resonible which includes utilities. There are prostitutes running in and out all the time, we have no security and the residents are controlled as if we were infants. Can't wait to move.

It was terrible. Every time he got out of our sight there was someone stealing his money. The other residents took him to the bank and showed him how to write a withdrawal slip to withdraw money out of his account. On the enrollment slip it asks about parole, and there are criminals living there. It's government assisted. Would not recommend!! We had been told by various residents to look out for certain people because they would steal your money. He was there about a year.
