Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach

It's bad around here you have a roaches mice spiders and all other kind of bugs and especially bed bugs they don't exterminate like they should they don't fix problems in the apartment a long time it takes a lot of times I waited 9 months to get some things done and they're still not finished.

I was previously a resident at Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach and I had a bad time while living there. The cleanliness was great. The staff was good. The overall experience was just okay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach to any of my friends or anyone. They dig too much into your business and, to me, they are not fair.

My experience overall with the staff has been very good.

My mom moved in recently and I was impressed with the timeliness and ease.

I believe that the lady that assisted us was kind and courteous and was patient to show us other units without being irritated.

We have had a good experience with Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach. The staff is great and helpful. The maintenance team are all friendly and helpful with everything. Overall this is a community we would recommend to others, come check it out for yourself!

I wouldn't recommend this community to others. The cleanliness of the building isn't there. Once I got in the door the management's attitude changed. There was a fire in my apartment building and I had to pay for a few days out of pocket at a hotel. The community wasn't willing to help residents with giving advice of who to reach out to. Sometimes there it takes a couple of weeks to get a maintenance or any other problem taken care of by the community. The carpet had to be replaced and they haven't replaced it yet. I now have concrete floors in the hallway in the building. I've had mice for the last 4 months in my apartment.

I am living here almost 3 months. The residents are very friendly. The community staff is friendly and courteous. They provide lots of activities for the residents. When I applied for the apartment I was shown a 5th floor apartment. About 3 weeks before moving in I was shown an apartment on the 3rd floor, next to the elevators and laundry room. I wanted the other apartment on the 5th floor. I had spent a lot of time waiting to move. The rooms are nice, but the noise is about to drive me crazy. The residents slam their doors ALL NIGHT AND DAY. They use the laundry room ALL NIGHT AND DAY. Sound like someone is throwing furniture around over my head constantly. I complained to management a few times and was promised it would be taken care of. Nothing has changed. I wish I had gotten the other apartment. I like it here. I just can't stand the noise. It is making me very nervous. Can't rest. Can't sleep well.

The managers are really nice. I can't rest very well because of the doors slamming all times of day and night. The building structure allows noise from upstairs and next apartment. Sound like someone is constantly dropping furniture upstairs and next door. Sound like someone is doing plumbing work in the kitchen for 3 or 4 hours every day I am cooking. I can hear them talking next door apartment. My apartment is next to the elevator and laundry room. They use the laundry room ALL DAY and NIGHT. I have complained to the manager and she said she will take care of it. I do believe she is doing the best she can. She give us a lot of activities and notices. I have confidence she will make things better. I do like living here but the noise is making me very nervous.

The facility was more than I expected.Very clean and Organized.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

I would like to comment you on one of your employees,Vincent white.I met him when he started work at Rainbow beach and I found him to be one of the most caring and loving person.I know he take his job seriously and does it very well.

Mr.Vincent white made every step of the process very easy and he was very professional.The apartment was very clean, and the appliances were new.I had a very pleasant experience.The building is very senior friendly.The apartments are very sound proof from the outside.The building is well kept.

Everything is going alright since I've moved into the Senior Suites. Its a really nice community and the people here are very friendly and nice. I'm still able to have my independence here and still live me life as I would like to.

Met Staff and received information and pamphlet before office was closing for the day. More farther south and east than I planned but did like the surroundings. Could not see an apartment.

This is a very nice facility. The lady that gave me the tour was nice and thorough!

Linda was outstanding! We loved the one bedroom & hope to be selected!

The facility is good for my Uncle and I appreciate the secured environment. Hopefully he will begin to be a little more mobile which will allow him to walk better. Overall he is very happy.

It's been great, fantastic! They treat their seniors very well, they keep them involved in different activities. The staff is friendly, and the community is well maintained. We are happy with Senior Suites of Rainbow Beach.
