You are a talented, versatile group and we are blessed to be surrounded by you, your smiles, your good humor and your great generosity of spirit. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My mother, [name removed], is a new resident at Montgomery Place. I check in with her every day to see how she is doing. She seems to be in remarkably good spirits, and I can’t help but think that that is due to the excellent care she has been receiving during this very stressful time. She tells me that the staff has been extraordinarily vigilant. They are doing a wonderful job! Thank you so much for everything you are doing. You and the staff are keeping our dear relatives and friends safe and secure, and, according to my mother, all with good humor and kindness.

My parents ([names removed], in 906) are residents, and I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work you and the staff are doing to keep the residents safe in a very trying situation. You probably hear a lot of complaints, but I know my parents and the other residents very much appreciate it.

Please share my family’s appreciation to everyone working at Montgomery Place. I know this is extremely challenging time for everyone and their families, and I would like them to know that it is very much appreciated by the families! To those who have moved in during the crisis, a special appreciation. THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! I was able to wave at my dad through the glass yesterday, and he seems to be doing well, which is a testament to the Montgomery Place team! While I am concerned this may be a longer timeframe than any of us expected at the onset, please know everyone’s efforts are greatly appreciated!!!

Just a note to thank you for your Leadership in this time of stress. Being confined to the apartment is rigorous, but it’s the right thing to do, I think. And the staff has been wonderful! I don’t want to mention names, because I would have such a long list.

[Names removed], your team did a great job of delivering the bed to me, assembling it, and making it ready for me to use. I want you to know how pleased and grateful I am. Thank you, and thanks again to the team!

You all are fantastic and I can’t tell you how many times today I have praised your lovely informative and notes to all of us. How lucky my parents are to have you and your dedicated team carrying for them. I am very impressed with your ability to stay positive, nibble when changes happen, and able to make adjustments as required to keep the community there both safe from germs but also happy and feeling cared for. This is new territory for everyone, and you are taking it on with great care. [Name removed] and [name removed] are my parents. They love the Montgomery community and my siblings and I feel so blessed that they are there. We are all around the country and not in the neighborhood so it is especially nice to know what you are doing in this challenging time. I am in DC but call my parents nightly to check in. Thanks again for your great care of the community and for keeping all of us in the loop.

The concierge welcomed us warmly, even though we got there early. The staff member who guided us through was very helpful, allowing my mome to understand the benefits of a full service senior community. Feels like another reasonable option.
