My apartment is nice inside. There is many safety issues. They don't paint that often, and a few tenants had issues. You need cameras these days. Please let every Senior know to get some kind of camera for their safety. Peace is what most Seniors need.

Management is understaffed and that has been my biggest concern. If they were fully staffed, I believe the facility and experience would be better. Not having any type of food service is a negative. Lastly, I don't think families get the true value from the cost the residents are paying.

IT IS NICE, HOWEVER I THINK IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE. MY ONE BEDROOM APT COST $1000 PER MONTH, AND IT IS LOCATED IN THE GHETTO OF CHICAGO. ALSO MY APARTMENT FACES THE TRAIN TRACKS, WHICH RUNS ALL DAY AND NIGHT AND IS VERY NOISY.

We like the care from this community. The staff has been helpful with making my mom feel comfortable. We like the cleanliness of the community. The menu is appealing and she is happy with the variety. They offer my mom to participate in activities. We would recommend this community for the good care and value to others

I wish they had more complete meal service. They're extremely friendly, everybody has made me feel very welcomed. Other than that I enjoy where I am and plan on staring here until they drag me off to the nursing home.

I would like to take this opportunity to first thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback related to Senior Suites of Austin. I do understand that you were hoping for a more complete meal service. As it stands, we offer an optional meal plan of one meal, five days per week. Many of our residents enjoy the meal service offered and because our apartments have full kitchens, many residents opt to prepare their own meals, in addition to the available Suite meals. Senior Suites was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. My brother did not move in since his health deteriorated so I cannot comment on care services or activities. Please note that this is the second time I have completed this form.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful in setting up the lease. My brother was unable to move in due to a downward turn in his health so I can only rate cleanliness and helpfulness and friendliness of staff which were all excellent.
