Our loved one is not ready for "strangers" to come and go out of the house, but the lady we have continued to speak with has been so lovely and wonderful we absolutely love her. She knows we are not ready for home care yet, but still continues to reach out and check in with our families on a regular basis.

Senior Helpers was a great comfort to me and my family during an extremely difficult transition time for my father entering into a Memory Care Facility. We needed to set up companion care staffing in a hurry, and everyone I spoke with was caring, responsive, supportive and informative throughout our interactions. Always they kept my father's well-being as their priority. We definitely had confidence and peace of mind that our decisions and plans were appropriate at each step. I definitely would recommend them.

Jim and Elizabeth are so nice. They are a pleasure to work with and their dog is a great addition to their team. So adorable and really brightens the spirits of their patients. When you work with Senior Helpers you get the comfort of working with a franchise (the staff is all employed by the company, no independent care givers) but with that small family feeling.
My mother was being discharged from Littleton Lifecare. We had arranged for Senior Helpers in Westford to care for her when she came home. She needed assistance because I live long distance and was relying on their service.We even signed a contract with them. The day she was being released they never returned our calls and basically dropped us and left us with no service. We were very disappointed and would never refer them to anyone.

November 26, 2014We believe the individual that posted this review has confused our company for another agency. We have never executed an Agreement and not fulfilled the agreed upon services. Of the many cases we have had from Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley (in Littleton), not one fits the scenario Pat has described. Senior Helpers take great pride in our around-the-clock responsiveness to families in need and is committed to provide the best in-home care in our area.
Senior Helpers Westford does a great job providing compassionate in home care. I have worked with Jim personally and highly recommend their services. quality people providing a quality service.
