The experience and care has been excellent from this agency. My mom really likes the 2 caregivers she chose. They are very friendly and very responsive. The caregiver and mom do exercises that the physical therapist has asked. They are ready to help and leave the home after they are done. It is nice to have a piece of mind when my mom is getting high quality care.... Read more

The services that they have provided my father-in-law have been less than satisfactory which is putting it nicely. The workers that come into the home have been very nice for the most part but when someone calls out, there is nobody to come in to substitute for them. Working in the health care field, I find that completely unacceptable. My father-in-law is a 74 year old veteran that can barely fend for himself. It is very concerning when I find out that his PCA has not shown up for his or her shift and he is still laying in bed, not having any breakfast or lunch and has not had anyone there to cue him for his AM or 12:00 meds. He is a diabetic and it is very important for him to eat and keep a well balanced diet, never mind his other health concerns that are semi controlled with his medications. With that being said, this past week has been the worst of it all with complete neglect and lack of care from this company with no concern for his well being. Unfortunately due to this company being the recommendation from his VA hospital, this is what was we thought would be safe and financially responsible for him but has turned out to be a weakness. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for help for a loved one. Please look for other options. I wish we did!

Response from Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc - North Billerica
November 18, 2016We are so pleased that you and your mother are happy with the services!
They help my mother in law with transportation and with cleaning. They have made my mother in law very comfortable and has enjoyed most of the staff that has come out. They do however, have a large amount of turnover which makes it difficult for her to build rapport with any of the staff. There have been a few occasions that they did not arrive as scheduled.

They were great when we used them. We didn't have any issues and billing was smooth as well.
