I think the care givers were very caring. They did write in the communication book that we had for them. The agency always filled any sick calls. The only negative was the medication error, which was in part due to communication. She probably should have looked at the schedule written rather than relying on my dad. We have no complaints at all. We've been very happy. They're very flexible, and we love the caregivers. [Name removed] was great o work with. The cost is comparable to what we would find anywhere, and we've been really happy with the service.
