My mom is no longer there - unfortunately passed away in July. I can elaborate by saying the caregivers were wonderful, particularly the aides. There were several who always went over and above. My mom's room/bathroom could have been kept cleaner than it was - I always did my own disinfecting on my visits. Food was so-so, could have been better.... Read more

We made the right decision for mom. She loves it there and they take such wonderful care of her. And she loves [name removed] who is one of the aids. Overall they are just great and we would highly recommend Sanatoga Court.

I thought Sanatoga Court was great. The staff was always available to answer any questions I had. We were in the process of moving in to assisted living when my loved one's doctor changed their recommendation last minute to memory care, and unfortunately Sanatoga Court didn't have availability in that section. So we ended up at a sister community of Sanatoga Court and had a great experience there.
Our loved one was only there for a few months before we had to pull her out and move her to a nursing home due to the decline in her health, but we would highly recommend this community to other families. The staff members were very friendly.
The whole processing at the beginning was painless. Communication was good and they returned calls back in a timely manner. The staff was very accommodating and informative. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Placing our Mother in Sanatoga Court was the best decision our family made for her welfare. From the administration down thru the nurses, aides, food service and even maintenance the staff went above and beyond to see that our mother had the best of care. Everyone was very professional. They were in constant communication with us letting us know of any and all changes including her medications, her mental condition and even her eating habits. It is a hard decision to put a loved one in a home, but everyone at Sanatoga Court gave us the confidence that we made the right choice. When the time came they even helped with hospice. We can not thank them enough for all they did for our Mother.

poor communication. even when your loved one has dementia they claim they have no obligation to tell family in any changes with meds etc. even if you are the poa for your loved one.

We transferred our loved one from another facility that we thought was nice. After the move to Sanatoga Court we wish we would have gone there first. Much more friendlier staff, better food, and we can be more involved in the care without feeling like we are doing something wrong. I suggest compair prices, quality of care, and make sure any home meets your financial needs or will be able to direct you where to go when your funds run out. Sanatoga Court is our loved ones forever home.

My husband is adjusting well to living at this community. The staff are helpful and answered our questions. The food is pretty good. They keep the community clean. He is in a safe locked down memory care area. They have another building on site that offers skilled nursing. They offer some activities such as arts and crafts and bingo. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought Sanatoga Court seemed like a very nice place, overall! The facility was clean and well kept, and they seemed to have a lot of activities. We ended up selecting another community based on proximity to family members, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

My sister visited Sanatoga when we were considering placing our mother. She said that it was beautiful, and she would have been totally comfortable with my mother living there. We had a history with them though; my daughter worked here a long time ago, so we decided to go with another place.
