This is by far the friendliest place on earth! This is the happiest I have ever seen my grandmother, and I could not imagine better place for her to spend the rest of her days. The staff here is simply amazing. They go the extra mile to make sure their residents are happy. The Directors are very responsive and will address any concern promptly and compassionately. I am blessed to have found such a place for my grandmother.

I can't explain how disappointed I am in this place, and as the child of a resident, I will be doing what I can to help her find a more suitable home, Although most of the staff is caring and wonderful, the management team is [Removed] After suffering a devastating accident, my mother ended up in a trauma center and later, stayed with me. Although many of the staff members inquired about her welfare, in addition to the residents, not one member of the management team called her or any family member to ask about her. Even worse, the resident chaplain for the facility never asked about her or called her. I can't imagine wanting her to remain there after this. The compassion and caring is sorely lacking!
