I picked Residences at University Hills for it's location, non-smoking and pet friendly policy .Also, for it's affordability, at the time. When a new owner bought the building , everything changed. They increased prices, drove elderly out who could not afford such huge price increases. . Also, there was a lot of smoking and after hour noise in the building and they did nothing about it. They were horrible. When I moved out they sent some of my deposit ( about half) even though it was cleaner than when I moved in. They never itemized or gave any explanation for the money they kept. Horrible management. Bad experience.... Read more

overall a nice community, friendly staff, would recommend

Everything about this community is the best- however there are no meals. Residences at University Hills is close to shopping- walking distance to grocery store- library, restaurants, beauty shop. Washers and dryers in apartment. I really like the management here and based on my experience I would most definitely recommend this community to other families.

Senior Apartments close to Everything

I was told that it was no smoking community, and I went here for those reasons but there is people who smoke and it is an issue. Overall, it's a newer facility, that is close to everything and the the people are really nice.

Good place to avoid

The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly because they can be since they are related to the owner. My unit was so dirty it took me two hours to clean before moving in. The elevator was always breaking down, so had to either walk to the other end of the building or take stairs. Ants always around the coffee counter in the common area.

Very Happy To Be Here!

Choosing the Residences at University Hills has been one of the best decisions I've made. Coming from where I was prior I feel so much safer and I love the apartment. From the kitchen space to the living room to my bedroom. I just love it. The staff have been extremely nice and helpful and having the convenience of living across the street from grocery stores and restaurants. Since moving in I've joined the book club and participated in other activities of my liking. All in all this has been a great experience and I couldn't be happier.
