It's okay. It serves its purpose for me. It's affordable living, and it's fairly quiet. The people who live here are very nice. However the office people are rude and not very friendly to seniors, which is the population they're here to serve. And unfortunately they don't really go out of their way to help you.... Read more

I have lived her 9 months. At 6 months I knew I wanted to move out. Homeless people easily manipulate the entrance doors and sleep in the building. There is no controlled access except to the tenants. The doors are all currently malfunctioning so sometimes even the tenants can't get into the building. When reported garbage in the building from the homeless, it is not cleaned up promptly. Management is not empathetic to seniors or even polite on most days. They put the responsibility of removing the homeless people onto the tenants to call the police or the security company. They accept no responsibility for maintaining the building or keeping it secure. DON'T MOVE MOM HERE!

We showed up at 2:05 pm and met [name removed] and told her who we were. She welcomed us, verified our meeting on the computer, took our ID’s and offered to take us on a tour. While we were touring we noticed how clean and well kept everything was. The public rooms were fully stocked with public supplies, the pool and spa were clean and very useable. We visited the exercise room, yoga room, and a few other public rooms. All were well kept and available for use by residents. Next, we toured three different one bedroom units. All were clean and move in ready. We found the layout of the units to be large and airy. We liked that each unit has full size front load laundry machines, the bedroom closet was large and deep enough to easily hold clothes without crowding. In total we liked the complex and the agent. One great thing that did happen was when we mentioned that the rents of $1,194 was a little high. [Name removed] mentioned that there was one unit that has a special price of $1,099 and the only difference was that it was one the second floor instead of the first floor. She showed us the unit and it was just as nice as the others. Now it is our job to determine if we can afford this rent. :)
