Unfortunately it's a bait and switch, lots of promises no delivery for our loved one. They probably would be okay for someone who just needs assisted living, but deep dementia they could not handle.

We have spent alot of money. I would not recommend to anyone. The caregivers are great, and amazing. It has not been good expereince on a corporate level, and I am not too happy. My loved one does not have a doctor.

I wouldn't recommend you place your loved one here. The caregivers at the community don't do anything that they advertise they saw they would. There would be times that I would visit unannounced and the staff would be sitting down do nothing, or blaring gospel music. There have five residents with high levels of care, and not enough staff to care for them. There were no activities for the residents to participate in. They leave the activities and supplies for these up to the family. They cook very little food and that the food is ethnic. There are times that my loved one has said they have no idea what they are eating. My loved one is worried about the other residents and this had my loved one in tears. When reaching out to the house manager, and there was no follow up on what they would say would be done. Also, there was no communication with the family after this. The monthly fee has consistently gone up, and the community isn't doing anything that they have said they would. The staff have no days off and there is no health insurance provided to them.
