Regency Manor

My Mom is very happy staying there. She likes the staff, the other people living there, the social gathering for activities, the gym and the cafeteria area. Her apartment is just the right size for her. Laundry is conveniently located for her and the elevator is great.

Thanks for recommending Regency Manor. It was the last appointment you set up. You truly saved the best for last for me and my family. I have been at Regency for over two years. I rate all categories a 5 (five). It's more than a residence. It's home, family, friends, caring staff and a variety of activities. You don't believe-- come and see.

Everyone on staff is wonderful. Helpful and Friendly. [name removed] was very helpful with lease setup, and answering our questions. Residents too are very nice. Janet has made several new friends! Yes, I would recommend Regency Manor to others!

I am currently a resident at Regency Manor and the experience has been great for me here at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and value for cost are also great. I would highly recommend Regency Manor to others.

My mom has resided here for 4 years and loves it!. She is 99, still independent but is slowing down. The community advertises as independent but there is staff 24/7 giving my mom peace of mind. The staff is extremely outgoing and friendly and goes above what I would expect them to do. There are just enough activities to keep her occupied and still have her own downtime. They really do care about all their residents and treat them very lovingly. .

The staff is very polite and always helpful. My mom recently had her hip replaced and the extra attention she has received from staff and residents has been amazing. The activities are interesting and my mom can't wait to get back to attending gathering and games, etc. I feel a ton of relief knowing she is in such a great place. I love Regency Manor and highly recommend it. I may move there myself some day!

I think the community is very nice. My loved one has a full kitchen and a big apt. They have a sitting area outside and my loved one really likes it here. Communication is good between the staff and our family. They keep us well imformed. I would recommend this community to others.

This is community is worth coming to see. Come live here. The food was good from the few meals we have eaten. The staff is very good; anytime we call and ask for something. They are on top of it.

It's a wonderful place to be and it's just like home. The apt sizes and nice and they offer different size apts. The meals are great and they offer a good variety. I would recommend this community to others

My mom was at Regency Manor for about 7 months and she loved it here. The staff members and residents here were very nice. She also loved the food, they are chef prepared meals and they have a menu that they can pick from. I would recommend this community and already have.

There has been a slow down of activities. I would say come on down to Regency Manor. It is a nice place. The friendliness of the residents and staff is always great. The food could be better. I don't eat the food that often. I'm able to do my own cooking still.

It appears to be a well run and affordable independent living facility in a good location. However, the outdoor patio space is limited and pets are not allowed.

My mom and I absolutely loved the atmosphere here. She made the decision on the spot that this is where she wants to be so she put a small amount down to reserve her apartment for mid January move in!!!

Beautiful facility an excellent fit for mom. The residents had a high energy level and were very mobile, friendly and engaged. [Name removed] was terrific. The room was very spacious, organized to provide bedroom privacy. Liked the option to buy furniture at a low price. The terms were very reasonable, month to month with no initial fee. We would like to see a couple more like this, preferably closer to Edwardsville or Bethalto.

The apartments are spacious, and the kitchen had full size appliances. We liked the idea of being able to prepare meals in her apartment or having the opportunity to walk to the dining room and purchase meals separately. Activities are planned throughout the month and there is a craft room, patio, and other common areas for the residents to do activities. All the residents and staff were very friendly and outgoing.

We had a tour for my aunt and really liked what they had to offer. The price was reasonable, but comparable to some of the other more pricey senior places. They had options with the meals that we really liked. The apartments are very spacious and have full size appliances in all the kitchens. She liked the idea of preparing her own meals, but also having the options of walking to the dining room and paying for meals separately when she wanted to. We stayed for lunch and the meal was hearty, delicious and only $5. They do have weekly activities planned. All the residents and employees were very friendly. We will be back, as this was the best place we had visited.
