I enjoyed my stay at the Pinecrest Rehab Center In the spring of 2023. I had suffered a broken hip and arm from a fall, and was there to learn to walk again. The buildings and grounds are pleasantly laid out and kept spick and span. The staff is attentive, hard working, and professional, and I had several memorable conversations with my fellow patients and residents. Overall, the place has a homey and laid back feeling, but I was anxious to heal and soon the therapy gym was my favorite place. I looked forward to working out with my group of fellow patients. My loved one has been at Pinecrest for a long time and we are satisfied! The staff was always friendly. The nurses are very satisfied with the institution. The cleanliness is satisfactory for being a nursing home. The meals are good. I have been out on several occasions when he is dining and the meals always look to be prepared well. They are very good with their communication. They contact me and send me acknowledgments when they are going to do assessments with him.

He is always clean, thanks to the staff. The nurse's aide was mad because he does not cooperate. The staff friendliness is okay. Everything is okay for the nurses and I am satisfied. I told them what he likes to eat and they wanted to know if I am satisfied. The nurse practitioner usually calls me.

It is good. They do a good job of taking care of him. They have been friendly to him and me too. The nurses are good with him. I have been there when he is eating and it is good. I go to the nurses and that is how I get information.

The staff is good. They are kind. The nurses are okay and they are moving him now. It is a clean place. Communication is much better now. When I see the nurse I ask them how my brother is doing and they answer my questions.

We would recommend the facility to a friend. In fact, we have! Everybody is fantastic! The communication is awesome! They hold monthly care meetings and if I ever have any questions or concerns they have always been available.

I have no issues or problems. The nurses are friendly and very helpful. They always say hi. They call me right away if there were any issues. The building is not the best place. They should remodel it. They do clean the place. My dad is not a good eater and they encourage him to eat. They could do better. They need fresh food and not canned food. The social workers are good to let me know what is going on and call me right away.

From everything she has told me from the treatment to the service, she likes it. They are very attentive to her. My mom was able to take her service dog with her to visit her. They are very friendly and cooperative. The nurses are very attentive to her. The facility is very clean.

Sometimes he does not enjoy the meals. He has mentioned that they can be repetitive. They are very good with their communication. They make phone calls and reach out whenever they need to.

We had a great overall experience. They could use more of a variety of meals. It's a lot of ethnic food, like curry. There should be less salty, blander choices.

I am grateful my loved one is at Pinecrest. Some of the staff are better than others. They could work on making sure their job is completed before leaving it, and have more gumption. The nurses do very well. They keep it as clean as they can. They should put chairs in the room. They come and feed him and I have not seen anything wrong with the meals. They always have immediate communication.

The day nurses are fine. Sometimes when I go, I smell urine, and it's very disheartening. They should try to improve the quality of the food itself. They keep me informed about what's going on about once a month.

They're all very nice. The nurses seem pretty good to me. The few times I've been there during meal times they seem fine. They always stay in touch with me in case something happens
