My Aunt has been a resident of this facility going on 2 1/2 years, every year I have voice my disappointed in some of the CNA's and a couple of the Nurses. My issue today [date removed] Is I pushed the call button at 3:15 p.m. I sat their up until 3:55 I went to the Nursing Station in Unit C, their was a nurse their, I explained the above to her she tells me they are in a shift change, I asked her what time the shift change started she stated 3:30. I told her I pushed the button at 3:15 no one came to the room to see if their was an emergency or why the button was push. I ask the nurse her name she would not give me her name, I told her I remember her from a past grievances and when I went home I was going to look up her name. What these people are not understanding if you don't answer those call lights and if the resident is having an emergency and something happens they can be held responsible I personally will need some questions answered because of all of the mishaps.
