Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center

I enjoyed my stay at the Pinecrest Rehab Center In the spring of 2023. I had suffered a broken hip and arm from a fall, and was there to learn to walk again. The buildings and grounds are pleasantly laid out and kept spick and span. The staff is attentive, hard working, and professional, and I had several memorable conversations with my fellow patients and residents. Overall, the place has a homey and laid back feeling, but I was anxious to heal and soon the therapy gym was my favorite place. I looked forward to working out with my group of fellow patients. The therapists, [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed], created a comradery and sense of accomplishment in the group. I owe a lot to those therapists. On [date removed], I left Pinecrest…….walking!

It is very good!

At first, the experience was shaky at Pinecrest Rehabilitation Center but things have really seemed to have smoothed out. My loved one is working with the therapy team. It has been a week and he is not walking yet but still working towards that goal. Overall the nursing care has been pretty good. The stay is going much better now than when we arrived. I will recommend Pinecrest to a friend.

It is okay. The room is clean and that is good.

I am indifferent to the whole experience

We had a good stay. The staff care and nursing care was great!

The staff was very attentive and the place was very clean.

Everybody is taking care of my loved one very well. The nurses were helpful and helped feed her. She said the food was good.

Our stay has gone pretty well so far. My mother is using the therapy services and those have been going well for her. The services seem to be helping her. I wish there were telephones in the room. My mother likes to call and hear our voices. It would be nice to be able to directly communicate.

The nursing care was good. When it came to our personal belongings, things seem to go missing or lost.

The physical therapy is going well and the physical therapists are absolutely wonderful. The assistant director is wonderful and accommodating. There are positive things happening there but I had some issues with the staff who are supposed to provide services to my brother. There were certain things that were disorganized.

When he was there he was happy. He did not have anything negative to say. The staff was great! Everyone was great! The cleanliness was good. Their communication was good. They called me and gave me information and was very transparent and was very good with updating me.

I refer to Pinecrest a lot. My loved one was very cheerful and happy. All aspects of their organizer are top-notch. They are very attentive. They were always polite to me. He called me and told me how well he is doing and well he is being treated. He said he was getting the service and care he has needed. He had also mentioned they were fattening him up! So the food doesn't sound bad. They haven't called me in reference to him at all. I'm just his proxy.

I think everything has been very good. I think all of the staff has been good. The cleanliness is near perfect. The bathrooms have been exceptionally clean. I think they're doing a good job with the food.

My loved one seems to be okay there. Pinecrest seems like a good place. He seems to be happy with the therapy. Also, he is up walking so that is really good to see the progress he is making there. The staff was very helpful. They help guide me to see him when I came into the building. They all seem very nice. It is clean.

I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Ever since she was placed there, I can't say anything negative about the staff! The nurses do an amazing job! They are extremely clean. I couldn't have made a better decision than that. She's gained weight since she got there! They meal prep everything.

The service is great. They are all nice. There is a certified nurse assistant who works with her. She is very patient with my mom. The nurses are great. It is always clean with nothing on the floor. I have no problems with the meals but my mom is set in her own ways. It is not the type of food she likes. They usually call me and if they cannot get in touch with us they send a letter.
