Park Kingsburg Apts

I am very happy at Park Kingsburg Apts. I chose this facility because I was referred here and I looked online and this was a convenient location to family and I had heard good things about it. The apartment size that I have is perfect for what I need. It is a very peaceful and quiet place and everybody is friendly. I would highly recommend to others looking and have.

My mom is a resident at Park Kingsburg Apartments, and LOVES her place and all of the people there. The office staff have been so helpful since my mom moved in, and her neighbors have been very friendly. I am so happy with the decision to move her into this complex. The gatherings they have for holidays and the weekly events are fun for my mom, as well as the trips she takes to the Kingsburg Senior Center from the complex. I am so grateful to have found this apartment for my mom. She is much happier, more active, and living a great life again.

I have been a resident of Park Kingsburg Apartments (PKA) for the past 3 years. My overall loving experience has been excellent PKA. In fact just last Saturday my refrigerator stopped working! Within the next hour the Manager ([name removed]) and Assistant Manager ([name removed]) had a replacement refrigerator delivered to my apartment. I really appreciated the immediate attention I received to replace my refrigerator. In fact many times over the past 3 years I have enjoyed a quick response to any of my requests or needs. Recently, I have noted that a few disgruntled residents have posted untrue reviews about the administrative staff and circumstances that were were blown out of preparation. Further, many residences are experiencing many violations to the established protocol concerning the housing and care of pets at PKA. Some residents are allowing their animals to run in the hallways unattended. Many of the pets urinate and defecate on the carpeted areas causing a very unpleasant situation for other residences. This situation should be dealt with as soon as possible. I truly hope that we can all find a way to join together and improve our living conditions throughout the PKA complex. [Name removed]

Recently I have noticed some negative reviews coming from current residences of Park Kingsburg Apartments. I am a resident of Park Kingsburg (PK)!and have been for the past 3 years, frankly I have had an excellent experence during my residence. In fact my refrigerator stopped working last weekend and the office staff ([name removed] & [name removed]) themselves immediately brought in a replacement for me. During my stay at PK I have never seem any office staff mistreat or intimidate any resident at anytime. Unfortantely, some residents make it a hadit to challenge the established protocol and the office staff that have the responsibility of maintaining peace and harmony for ALL PK residences. I'm sorry to say that certain residents that have violated establish protocol regarding housing pets in Park Kingsburg Apartments are writing very negative reviews about PK. Many residents that house pets in there apartment do not clean up after their pets when they deficate on the carpets and this act is very offense and intolorable to other residences.

This place hs the amenities I like

Mom is doing very well here. She really likes the community. The property is very well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful if needed. She does cook on her own but they do offer 2 meals breakfast and lunch for an additional price. She is participating in the activities and social events they hold. Overall the family is quite pleased with the community and we would recommend them.

My dad has recently made the move into this community and so far we have no complaints of how things are going for him. The staff are friendly and where very helpful with the transition. His apartment was very clean upon move in and was the perfect fit for him. Overall he is enjoying his stay and we would recommend it to anyone interested.

My mother is doing well here at this community. The community is well maintained. They do a good job keeping her room and the community nice and clean. Overall she is doing great here at this community.

My mother is doing very good in this community. The staff is very friendly and communicate with the family very well. It is clean and up kept. The food is very good. I like that they offer activities my mom participates in an exercise class that they offer.

I found out after I moved in that there is no meal service or housekeeping available. If you already had the service you will have it until the end of the year. The maintenance is fine and the common areas are kept clean. I am still getting adjusted so I have not yet started to participate in any of the activities offered. They do offer a washer and dryer on each floor.

I had a gentleman who used to work for me have a stroke, and we were looking for a good place to get him in to. In the process of doing so we found Park Kingsburg Apts. Unfortunately, he had a seizure before moving in to there and we had to go elsewhere where he could get full one on one care, so we did not have much experience with them, but the experience in signing up and checking out the room, and everything else went very well. The place was very clean, and everyone there was friendly. They were very kind and considerate, and all the residents there seemed like they enjoyed the place.
