Park Crescent Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

The therapy seems to be okay for my sister. The physical therapist was good. The physical and occupational therapists were friendly. The place needs an upgrade. It is old but clean. I do not think the nurses or aides are familiar with taking care of her medical condition. She had trouble pressing the call button and she has trouble reaching it for help. They need to make sure she can reach the call button. My sister does not care for the food. At first, they just brought her what they wanted to but now they do ask her what she wants to eat. They give a list of alternate foods but I do not think she is aware of it. My mother told me they brought her food to her and did not feed her and she needs help with being fed and drinking. I am reaching out to them and they do not reach out to me. No one has told me how long she will be there. The case manager said they are supposed to reach out to me.

The staff, nurses, therapists are to be highly recommended for the support, concern, and caring provided to my spouse. Park Crescent Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center will be shared among our family and friends when in need of a facility.

The nurses are on top of it and it is very clean there. They are pretty good at communication because I am at the facility often. I would have preferred maybe a little more communication on their end up until this point. For the therapy, I think they could have more equipment for her to use to get her up and moving more. It is also so noisy in there.

Overall, it went well but the communication could have been better.

The staff has mostly been very caring but the cleanliness could use some attention.

My mother said that the rehabilitation was excellent and the therapist and exercises were great for her. The staff was good to my mother and everybody communicated with me well. The halls were clean and I never smelled any odors but I think they could do with some updating and renovation.

I am satisfied with the care I receive from Park Crescent, the staff is nice, the place is clean. My stay was good, I recommend Park Crescent to everyone.

The medical staff has been excellent and I am so grateful for them. The entire staff is excellent! I had one bad experience but as a whole, they have been just wonderful. They have excellent communication! To me personally, because of my situation, the meals have been a challenge. I am on a strict diet that I am not accustomed to.

The facility was clean but they could improve on cleaning the rooms. The communication was okay but some of them just didn't communicate very well. They kept giving me the wrong food for my allergies.

The communication was good but I think that they need to clean the bathrooms more.

It is great there and everyone was friendly. There was an activities woman who always checked on my mom. She complained about the food but it was good. They need to improve on letting me know how she is doing and I had to call the social worker to get everything sorted out.

Everybody is very nice and she is getting her medication. They check on her too. It is very clean and she said the food is very good. They text me to let me know how she is doing.
