Absolutely terrible. Don't let your worst enemy stay here. My mother experienced several pieces of broken equipment, including the bed which broke UNDER her, causing her to slam her head into the headboard. Staff is overworked. Food is mediocre. OT/PT folks are excellent, and nurses are earnest. Management staff will wave off potential injury, and the physician on staff absolutely insisted my mother was fine after the broken bed incident but my mother's entire demeanor changed after that. Additionally, my father walked into her room to find a strange man standing over her.

This Facility claims they are State of the Art but that is not the case! I have recognized that the care at this place is lacking. They are not attentive to their patients. I have see them come in and turn off a defective Call button and leave right out of the patients room and not even ask if they needed anything. You could barely find anyone for hours. The only persona you see is the person's at the medication station in the hallway tracking their meds. I have seen them let my relative lay in spoiled diaper for hours. They come in and drop off food and never ask if they can help the patient with meals. They scramble around looking for clean linen and other supplies. They leave dirty and holey linen on the beds. And the therapist only spend about 10 minutes with the patient calling it rehabilitation. They are not on the same page with communicating with each other. I heard many employees talking negative about this place. The food is the cheapest food you can serve to a human being,

This Nursing home is extremely terrible. I would not advise anyone to put their loved ones in this facility. They are extremely understaffed. They have people from different agency come in who don't care about the patients. It's always loud and noisy there. They are always scrambling for bed linen and supplies. I watched them clean my love one body and they never attempted to change the water. They wait for hours to check on a patient. They let patient sit in soiled diapers for hours. They claim they are doing rehab but they leave the patient in the bed all day and night. The food they serve is terrible it's the most cheapest food I've seen served to a human being and it taste very nasty. Most if the time it's over cooked. They leave you in the same gown for days with the same food dropped on it. They don't help patients with meals they just drop it off and leave. I've heard a lot of employees talk negative about many things. They use Wipes to clean the patients also. Terrible

A family member was there..no bath or cleaning supplies she had to use wipes to keep clean. Communication with staff was dismal, same bed clothes most of times over 5 days. No coordination between staff, physical therapy, and dialysis.

The employees are caring and always offering assistance. When I am there my loved one's eyes light up when they enter his room and he smiles at them.

You love your family member, Don't do it. My Dad has been in this facility 3 days. We are marking the sheets so we know they are not changed. We have safety issues in his room and have not received feedback or a response from maintenance. When you request an update the staff has an attitude and will feed you lies like they don't have ticketing system. Our father is unable to move and spends up to 14 hours a day without a staff member checking on him or tracking his bladder. I'm also very interested to see if they will comment or attempt to delete my post. We are 100% moving my Dad,

??PLEASE READ AND SHARE?? Posted on Facebook also. ??DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE ?? September 2019 my mother was admitted for sub acute rehabilitation. All of her paperwork was lost during transit. She was there for 10 days and it was pure hell! I compared the doctors orders with the nurses shift notes and discovered they did not match. They were literally billing Medicare for services that were not rendered! Breakfast lunch and dinner came “whenever” and put so far away from her she could not reach it to eat. She lost weight. She had bruises on her. She didn’t know where she was or why she was there. She was treated like insignificant human being with only a beating heart. I visited my mother often. Sometimes sitting with her 7-8 hours at a time and Not one person came in to check on her or to reposition her In bed (per Doctors orders), or remind her to get up to use the restroom, etc. or even see if she’s ok. (She does have dementia.) They also had her on high doses of trazodone which is a tranquilizer instead of tramadol her pain medication!! Very big medication error which made her dementia worse!! She lost weight, became weaker and was visibly afraid. This was supposed to be REHABILITATION?? After dozens of emails and telephone calls to department supervisors and no one returning those inquiries, I decided to drive there to demand answers. After 10 days she still had not been bathed or have a hair washed or even her toothbrush opened! I immediately called 911, requested police and ambulance to transport her to the local hospital to be evaluated. My mother received absolutely zero to minimal care in this facility. The acting administrator would run from me when I walked in! He would not return my calls. Nursing staff would not return my calls. It was never the same person on duty the entire 10 days she was there. There were no telephones in patient rooms. No way to get in touch with my mother unless I physically got in my car and drove there. I filed an official complaint with the state of Maryland health care quality control, The state health department, in Maryland State Ombudsman department as well as other state organizations that needed to know. This facility used to be ManorCare at Dulaney in Timonium, Md. That should tell you all you need to know. I highly advise against placing anyone you care about in this facility. I have spent the last month being interviewed, filling out forms and documents to make sure the state of Maryland is aware of these deficiencies and how dangerous this facility is. I will not I know this will not help my mother situation at the time, but I’m hoping it helps somebody else. Nobody deserves to spend their remaining years of life isolated, neglected and forgotten. I am not a litigious person by nature but I’m pot committed now. I feel tremendous responsibility to get this information out there for anyone considering placing a family member at this facility. Please, please, please do not even consider this place. It’s a death trap. I can be reached on Facebook for further information. ~ [name removed]

I think it's been excellent. I think everybody is very kind to my loved one and meeting his needs. The staff are patient with him. It's old, so that makes it look not so wonderful.

My loved one said it is fine and the therapy is fine. He said it is very clean. He is an eater but is not comfortable with the diet plan he is on. They have not talked to me yet.

The interactions have included several unprofessional staff members in nursing. Outside of the care meetings, they do not really offer a lot of information between the meetings.

My mom says therapy is going great. She says she's gotten some of her meals cold. One she couldn't eat because it wasn't cooked right. Other than that it's been okay. A couple of times my loved one told me that they didn't help her get into bed at night. One time she stayed messy all night but everything else has been fine.

The meal plan was unclear and it did not seem that they were following his diet correctly. The communication was not good. I did not think that the nurses were responsive

I would recommend them with some reservation. When it was Manor something it didn't have the best reputation. They've improved somethings to make it attractive enough for some people. The rehab is probably the best part. They're very careful, helpful and dedicated. Some of them could be a little more attentive, careful, and dedicated. Not everyone is overly friendly. The wastebaskets aren't always emptied, sometimes there are things on the floor. The dietitian came in the other day and asked what he liked and didn't like. If I don't ask questions they don't tell me anything.
