We had a very good experience with the facility and staff. Staff was very helpful with moving in and changing rooms. Food was bland and meals repetitive. This is understandable considering the population needs. Things like fresh fruit and salads were available, but residents had to ask for them. Very few could remember that they could ask. It fit her needs and proximity to us. We were fortunate that we could afford the location. Assisted living, and especially memory care which we needed, are expensive.... Read more

I am very impressed with this center. It is beautiful with much to offer. The care is excellent. The nursing staff is wonderful. The aides do a great job and the activity director keeps it entertaining. The dining room is so elegant and the kitchen personal offer a fabulous menu to choose from. They allow pets so it’s so therapeutic for the residents.

I chose Nottingham because it was considered one of the better places in the area. I was impressed by the design of the building and the layout of the community. I think the outside courtyard area can be larger.

The Nottingham Village community is a fabulous community. All positive experience! When it comes to the activities, they have different things like extra exercise classes to keep them mobile. Facility parties for interaction with each other keeping us informed

We picked this community because, we needed a secure facilty and had friends in other portions of the facility, who had good results. They need to have consistensy in staff, they rotate people in different areas and it's hard for them to get aquatined with the residents. Also, the food needs to be improved. Overall, I would recommend this community to other families.

We chose Nottingham Village because we liked the size, the cafeteria is bigger and they had more offered for the residents to do in bigger space. The apartments are a nice size and comparable to others we have seen. My brother really enjoys the food. We would recommend them to others looking.

Absolutely fabulous facility with top-quality everything. No care level fees, just a flat fee. Continuing Care, family-owned. Too expensive for my mom, but would highly recommend for those who can afford it.

during covid, they are doing a good job of trying to do activities safely. We had zoom calls and eventually they set up plexiglass visiting. The communication has been good throughout covid also. the property is nice, our tour was very nice and we got a lot of information. We are very happy with the care she has been receiving and we would recommend this community.

A Place for Mom has scored Nottingham Village 9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
