About the facility North Scottsdale Retreat

North Scottsdale Retreat is an MD Senior Living home. At MD Senior Living, we’re changing the way Assisted Living is provided.

Owned by a small group of physicians, our homes are beautifully designed for comfort and safety. Our caring staff consists of clinical professionals including a retired nurse, a physical therapist, and a social worker who together enable us to provide a level of care uncommon within traditional care home communities.

At each home, we offer everything our residents need to live a happy life regardless of physical or cognitive challenges. Our mobile physician is available to visit our residents as needed.

All-inclusive services at our homes include all required care, delicious home-cooked meals and snacks, laundry and cleaning services, and regular activities that foster social engagement and fun with our friendly staff. Our goal is to provide an environment for our residents that allows them to enjoy new friends and new experiences.

Having a leadership team with a background in nursing, physical therapy, and social work allows us to better assist residents and their families with more complex medical conditions. This includes care for Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, diabetes, heart disease, and many other complex medical conditions.

The unique capabilities of our staff...

Truly A Retreat

I cannot say enough good things about Endeavor North Scottsdale Retreat. We recently placed my 88 year old father here after he struggled with living alone for over 3 years. We are so very pleased with the outcome of his move to this beautiful group home/retreat. It is unlike any other group home in the area because of its location, beautiful surroundings, lovely interior, gourmet meals, and wonderful staff and caregivers associated with Endeavor. At first my dad was uncertain about leaving his house but after several weeks of living in this gorgeous retreat; being taken care of, enjoying other resident's companionship, and not having to deal with homeowner responsibilities, he is flourishing in his new environment. He has his own beautifully appointed room with a large television and windows looking out over the desert landscape surrounding the house. The back patio is a great place for him to sit and enjoy the desert ambiance which he has always loved to do. The best thing about North Scottsdale Retreat is the people who work here. They are very caring, loving and attentive to my father. They were very patient with him in the beginning while he was adapting and never wanted to give up on him. Thank you [name removed] and staff! There are caregivers on duty 24/7 at North Scottsdale Retreat which was also very important as my dad is a wanderer. Plus it is secured and monitored. All of this was very important to us and we really feel we could not have made a better choice in a group home. This 'retreat' is very affordable with different price points available, and the quality of care provided for dollars spent is of very high value. Strongly recommend.

North Scottsdale Retreat offers Private and 1 Bedroom. Learn more.

A Place for Mom has scored North Scottsdale Retreat 10 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
