They're in bad shape right know no management. And they need a maintenance man it's dirty around here. Unsatisfactory. I guess I wouldn't recommend them right now based off of these issues.

Rent was raised $[removed]+/month for residents. Many had to move out. Repairs appear meet the responsibilities required by law for the landlord. Great resident activities are the only plus. But if that doesn't bother you, this is the place.

The community has a library, pool room, we play bingo, and the activities are done by the residence and the staff. Communication is not as good as we would like it to be and maintenance takes a while to get things fixed. I would not recommend this community to others.

I chose Nora Commons because of the activities that they provided as well as the location, it is close to stores and pharmacies. The residents that live here are also very nice. The apartment sizes here are a good size. My only issue is their maintenance, their timing is poor. I would recommend, just know that since they changed management recently, the maintenance has really gone down.

RIght now because of COVID-19 there have not been any activities. The rooms at Nora Commons would be about a four out of five. I would recommend this community to a family or friend for independent living.

My tour was all good from meeting the staff and to seeing what is available. It was okay but there was no room available at the time. It was not as nice and it could use some updating.

Not sure what you mean by care services. This place has many activities for everyone. They have transportation to the grocery store once a week but not to medical appts. They are good at keeping it clean. Rent is based on 1 bedroom

A Place for Mom has scored Nora Commons on the Monon 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
