Do not send your elderly there. For the price you will get better care anywhere else.

Community was good, staff was friendly and issues were addressed when they came up. I was prepared for staff concerns as all places have retention and people issues but I saw nothing that concerned me long term.We picked this place due to closeness to where my dad lives, short drive. Price was slightly less than others near, appearance when we walked thru was pleasant.

My loved one was previously a resident at My Doctor's Inn. The aides were great. However, the facilities were dirty, rooms were hardly cleaned, the food was awful, the management was so-so and the activities were non existent.
We took a tour of My Doctor's Inn during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was okay, though I didn't care for it much. This facility would not have been a good fit for our loved one. We decided to keep searching.
Very accommodating to your specific needs. Staff is very friendly. Well balanced & variety of meals. People in charge are always available and well informed. I would recommend to others.

I toured My Doctor's Inn when searching for a Memory Care facility for my loved one. This facility was very nice! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and value for cost were also great. However, they could not do injections so it wasn't a good fit and wouldn't have worked out for my loved one. But again, great facility!
We toured My Doctor's Inn during our search for Assisted Living. It's a beautiful facility, but priced out of our price range. Our tour also felt very rushed and we felt like we were bothering our tour guide to do the tour.
They were very good. There was no complaints about the food, it was good. We picked this community because of the staff, cleanliness, location. and the community overall. Everything was great. I would recommend to other families.

The staff needs improvement. Constantly telling my mom that they are short staffed. She does like being with other people her age and has made some friends.

This has been a good experience for my loved one and family. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in daily. The staff communication with the family is very good when we have questions. The cost is all inclusive and the value may be better for the residents that need more assistance.

The room that my loved one was in the second time she stayed here was carpeted and she had an accident and it was on the carpet and that didn't come out. They didn't clean it up. It was still there when we moved her out. The quality of care depended on who she had. They should have some activities after dinner. Maybe add a sewing circle or for crocheting. Art and or drawing classes. You have a hard time getting in after 5 PM. The receptionist [name removed] was very nice and the other two main ladies in the office.

I toured this facility and it was pretty nice, but the rooms were small. It didn't feel as homey. The appearance at the entryway level is very nicely done. The atmosphere felt more like a memory care facility. Cleanliness and friendliness were good.
My Doctor's Inn does not feel like a hospital or nursing home at all it feels more similar to a home like setting. There is so much space and room on the memory care floor, it is two levels so our loved one is able to walk around freely and have more opportunity to socializing. Our loved one is not the biggest fan of the meals and we have not had much experience with the activities. The staff members are very friendly and have been able to keep our loved one on a strict mediation routine and have been able to really get a good handle on his health. We would highly recommend My Doctor's Inn to other families, everything has been wonderful

My family toured this community and we were not impressed. The overall cleanliness wasn't great.
Please look elsewhere. Your loved one deserves it. The girls told me they have no training in memory care. Your loved one can lose up to 20 pounds in a month then they finally call the visiting Doctor in. He even comes in with a more qualified nurse not one of the facilities nurses. They just care more about money than your loved one. Make your family member priority one.

This was a bigger community than we wanted. I didn't feel it would be a good fit for my loved one, overall.
Beautiful facility and good pricing structure. Willing to negotiate.

A Place for Mom has scored My Doctor's Inn 8.8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
