We had a really nice tour here, the community was nice well kept up and the staff was friendly. We just did not feel like this would have been the right fit for our father.

This just not the right fit for us. The community was lovely and the people were helpful. We just did not like that the halls were so narrow. That became the problem here.

They are fabulous! If I could give them six stars I would. My loved one needs a little more care than the standard assisted living provides, and they provide that. In the memory care all the doors are painted to look like furniture, so they don't feel the need to try to go out the door. It's an AMAZING place. She is doing 10,000 times better than she was before.

They did a very good job for my loved one while he was here. I was pretty happy with them, and I don't have any major complaints. Things were clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

My mother was at Morning Pointe for a five-day respite stay in October. It appeared to be a very positive experience for her. We were a little put off when we arrived because the "guest room" had not been fully prepared for our arrival. However, once Mom was settled, things appeared to go very well. One of Mom's day-time care-givers told me afterwards that Mom had tried to tell her about the stay and that she seemed to have enjoyed interacting with the other residents. We did not choose Morning Pointe for Mom's permanent residence BUT distance was the primary factor in choosing another facility over Morning Pointe.

This is a nice looking community, and the staff have been very friendly and easy to work with. However, we've had a few issues when it comes to the care. They really are not set-up to handle diabetes management. They've given my loved one an insulin shot at inappropriate times more than once. They also need to be more proactive when it comes to their memory care. There have been times when my loved one has not been bathed in a few days because if she says she does not want a bath they'll just stop asking.

Mom and dad only got to be there fours days before mom had a fatal stroke. In those four days, they enjoyed every minute. The first day ended with a sing-a-long. Mom danced with several others. She said, "I had so much fun. And when I was done, I had more fun". Their stay was not ment to be. My heart felt thanks to all the staff for their kindness and concern.

They have only been there for 1 week so it would be hard to rate them right now. So far everything has gone smooth. Pat has memory problems and does not seem to be too happy there, but that was expected. Bill seems to be fitting right in.
