It is very good. I feel like there is not enough aides walking the halls. They are short-staffed. The nurses are wonderful, give good care, and are very attentive to questions and take the time to answer. It is very clean there.

There have been a few things that have gone wrong. They were missing her clothes. The nurse's communication has not been great. I don't think the CNA's have been great. They verge on the rude side. The whole place is pretty clean.

They are taking good care of my father. The nurse was very helpful and nice. They are really friendly and clean the room pretty nicely.

Everything was great. The nurses were all good and friendly.

We are so happy with the facility. The staff is really on the ball here. There is nothing we even have to ask for they are on top of everything! The place cannot get any cleaner. The meals look excellent.

The people I call, call me right back and try to solve the problem and I appreciate that. It is a brand new building and it is really nice. My loved one doesn't complain about the food.

The staff is really good and the facility is nice. The experience is really good. I am happy with the staff and the woman who does PT has been great. My mother has no complaints. I was up there one day and I think they do a good job and they do not push too far. I have not seen anybody who is not helpful and polite and there was a patient who was belligerent and they were very patient. They were friendly and helpful. The place is immaculate. They do not call us but when I call they answer my questions and they know what is going on. The menus should be given in advance for out of town people. A few weeks in advance. The only thing that could be improved a little bit is the way they have the bed and cabinets are a little tight.

They seem to be attentive to her needs and what is going on with her. They take her to the bathroom and help with her needs. If she does not go up to therapy they come to her room. They are doing a good job. I have dealt with all of them. I asked them and they want to help out. They seem to be available. They know my name and I know them. It seems to be a very neat and clean place. They do a good job with the meals. She does not seem to like the food. The food is meant for those rehabilitating. The food is bland and she may not be able to handle the food that is not bland. The menu has quite a variety. They call me right away with any problems. She was in there before Christmas and they called me to tell me what happens with her. She was only gone for two weeks and went back there.

I am impressed by the attention. I met the Assistant Director and the staff and they are first class. Everything looks brand new. Communication has been very good.

The facility is very clean! They have been very accommodating for the meals. My loved one likes the therapist.

It's been good overall. I had concerns about wound care though.

The majority of the friendly. There are a few who are little sticklers. They keep a nice clean facility. There are some that are better than the others. There are some really want to help and others who are just there just for the job.

She is getting good care there. It is much better than average. Therapy has helped her. Every time I go to the bathroom it is super clean. The room is clean. Sometimes they communicate and sometimes they do not communicate.

They have been excellent. They are really working on getting her mobile again. They have been super understanding and helpful. The nurses themselves are super competent. They have been knowledgeable and helpful. They have been wonderful and super caring. They are kind, caring, and very attentive. The CNA's are great. There just not enough them to go around. It's pretty clean. The system for dishing up food seems inefficient, by the time they get the tray to the room, they are pretty cold. Sometimes, it doesn't seem like they give her what she asked for from the menu.

It has gone pretty well so far.

I would highly recommend this facility. It's been really good. The social worker has been very helpful and communicated with me throughout. They are great and I am amazed at the progress of my mother. People kind of consider me a pessimist and I did not have much hope for my mother at the facility. They have been very good at reading my mother and have found a way to push her just hard enough to give her the confidence to continue trying. They are responsive to my concerns I'm very happy with professionals and the administrative staff members but some of the CNAs have not been as professional.

They are all pretty good and nice.

They were really there to greet and help her to get situated. They put her in a room and never came back. No one was checking her. She does not like the food there. She needed an introduction and that is so important. They have not been very attentive. The head nurse was good. I liked her and my mother liked her. She tried to make up for our concerns. It is not really cozy with all hard floors. They keep it clean and it smells nice.
