Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

The staff are constantly complaining.

My mother is not getting any service at night, and gets poor service overall. I guess they're short staffed or whatever. It's not been a comfortable stay.

Our experience was amazing, it was beyond what words can describe!

I think they're doing very well overall and doing very well with my husband. I most definitely would recommend Meadow Park, and already have. The therapy team has done pretty well with my husband and has been making progress with him. They've been so good to him. The staff has been very friendly. The cleanliness has been great. My husband is a big eater, and he always says he doesn't get enough to eat. My husband's care team comes in the room when I'm there and updates me.

His therapy is okay. When you call there, you can't talk to the nurses at the nurse's station. I had to call them today to find out things.

The staff appears to be well acquainted. We are satisfied with everything, this is not our first time here. We have been here before. We wanted to come back here, that's how well they have done here. They are friendly. It's clean. The food appears to be better. They seem to know what they are talking about.

We have been here before and the physical therapy group is excellent. They did a fantastic job with his previous stay. Yesterday the room was very nasty but today they disinfected and cleaned everything. My husband does not like the food but I think the meals are very nice. They make a good effort. I can always approach the nurses and they answer my questions. The whole department is very nice. The only complaint I have is it takes a while to get help. Other than that the nursing staff is excellent.

They are greatly cooperative with us. They are responding well. We like the cleanliness of the place and the location is close. We work with the business manager, admissions person, and social worker and they are all fantastic.

They are doing good at Meadow Park. All in all, I think it's been a good experience. The environment and the staff are beautiful and my father is getting pretty good care. They are understaffed and could use more staff. The therapy seems to be good and it's helping. All the nurses are good and my father is getting pretty good care. All the aides are good. The cleanliness is okay and I do always see someone cleaning. The meals and dining are good. The dietitian called me and asked me what my father liked to eat and that was good. The communication is good.

We had some issues, and they responded. I will say that the therapist are wonderful. The receptionist is very friendly. The food needs more variety.

The bad things are outweighing the good things right now, but I still would recommend Meadow Park. My mother had a bad experience with a physical therapist. The young lady went over and got on the computer, didn't pay any attention to my mother. My mother has been able to request a new one. There was a younger gal that was helping out on a busy Sunday during the day, and she was very sweet and she did everything she could. I think the facility is really clean. Some of the meals have been good some not so. The staff is always good about answering my questions, and if they don't have the answer they get me to the right person who can.

I don't care for them much. In the beginning, it was good. Before the new company bought them. She did not want to get out of the bed and no one made her. My mom had to beat on her tray to get attention. they do not have a call bell. The staff is nice but non-friendly. The nurse never comes or picks up the phone. They are there, but there is no service. The meals are alright. It should arrive warm when it arrives and it doesn't. They have called me a couple of times but I have never gotten calls about rehab or medications.

The general things are fine. The therapy team seems like they're okay. They're the best part of the facility. Overall, I've had some issues with them not changing the beds in a timely manner and meal prep not being done right. I've made her bed myself some days. They were not friendly, except for the receptionist at the front. The nurses and the aides are just there. When she arrived the nurses weren't prepared with the medical equipment that she needed. The upkeep and cleanliness of the place is good. She's having a hard time with the food options. All the food is dry and bland. It's all kind of cold. Nobody has called me at all to discuss her care and the plan. I have to ask them for information and updates. Then it's a long process to get answers.

A lot of the nurses don't respond. They bring the food and just set it on the tray. The nurses make him feel like they don't want to help. The physical therapy are working with him, I am pleased with that. His room and bathroom is clean. My husband likes the food.

Overall, all the staff was great. They were friendly and they were always on top of things for my mom. My mom enjoyed her meals and the communication was good.

My loved one likes it here. He said they give him a lot of therapy and are working hard with him. The cleanliness is very impressive. It's very clean and it smelled descent.

My loved one has not complained about her stay here.

My mom has been there before and I like the place. I have recommended it to many people. The staff worked so hard and some of the nurses are punctual with the medications. They need small improvements. During the day the cleanliness is very good but not in the evening. The food needs to be improved, it is okay but they serve it cold and hard. There is confusion with the communication between staff members. Three people may say three different things.

The staff was great to my loved one and they had a lot of activities for him. They seemed really good with him and knew his name. He introduced me to some of them but they weren't that friendly to me directly. He said the food was good, but he's not too picky about food. For me, it would have been horrible, but he likes TV dinners. The location is great, easy to get to, clean and newer.

I'm very satisfied with Meadow Park and I'm very pleased with the personnel. The physical therapy department is top-notch. All the people there are pleasant and helpful and they've made great progress on his physical behalf. It's very clean, they keep it clean and it didn't have that smell that a lot of these places have. One thing that is lacking is that I have yet to meet the doctor who is supposed to be seeing each patient every day. My husband has been there a while and I'm there every day, at different times of the day, and I've never seen him.
