Absolutely loved this place for my mom after her stroke. Highly recommend. Insurance covered everything, we paid nothing. Very clean - first place we’ve been to that didn’t smell like urine. Nurses were very friendly, quick to take care of anything we needed. Administrative staff was easy to reach and made us feel like family. Physical therapists got my mom strong enough to go home quickly and social workers got us her new equipment. You can trust these guys to take care of your loved ones, they do a great job. I’ll go to McNaughten Pointe myself if I ever need therapy!... Read more

A horrible facility! Beware! My mother was a total care patient and she was filthy most of the time, I actually came and gave her showers, feed her because they didn't feed her when they should, nurses gave her the wrong meds on several occasions. Anyone who thinks this facility is clean and nice with minimal odor must live with very low standards, there was a hole clean thru the door in the memory care unit to allow rodents to enter the facility. the food was horrible, so much so my mother who has dementia and doesn't really communicate to much would not eat their food. Her cloths were missing every time they changed her I spent a fortune in replacing her cloths that they lost and for those of you that say that this is normal, don't know what a nice facility really is, my mom is now at a new facility and the frustration and grief I experienced while my mom was at mcnaughten never happens with the new home she is in. They go thru new directors that quickly burn out over all the staff issues they leave. This facility needs closed down.

Older facility - but as I walked in could feel the "love in the area" the patients were up and interacting with the staff and one another- there was a family and homey feeling that made feel secure that she would be okay.

I toured the facility and was pleasantly surprised w/ the atmosphere and the director. She was very friendly and open about all my questions. She even followed up as requested w/ additional information that she had to research. The facility gave me the experience that I expected and the welcoming attitude. I have my sister visiting the facility and we will compare and discuss.
