Crown Point has been a blessing for mom and our family. The staff here are professional, caring and they care for mom as if she was their own. I saw the comment about house keeping, there is a dedicated cleaning staff. Everytime I visit there is someone cleaning. Safety of the residents is paramount here. The staff immediately alerts me if any changes in mom's health, accidents, prescription changes etc. I get a call from the dietitian monthly on mom's diet and weight. The senior staff are quick to respond to any issues pertaining to their staff, case in point, they contacted me on a concern involving a nurse and a resident that I was witness to, it was resolved immediately with no action needed. They provide activities nearly daily and holidays and special events are observed. Church services are available. I've come to know many of the residents and all seem happy, considering their situations. I particular attention to the veterans, as I am one as well. We are planning a trip to the Columbus Veterans Memorisl and Museums this Spring. Highly recommend this facility.... Read more

Crown pointe had a community room which would be similiar to where she came from and the room available was nearby. But they say that the aides not only care for the residents but they also do the housekeeping. which leaves us wondering how hands on are they. can't tell how much interaction the staff has with the residents
