I chose this facility for my mom from the various experiences that I have had with assisted living facilities for the last 10 years. The transitions went smoothly at first and due to my mom's needs and her disabilities we as a family were confused as to the level of care and what was do be offered. This could have been our fault, but when the situation arose someone should have immediately stepped in to rectify the situation and not have the family handle it because they did not know the resources. The staff are friendly, caring and engaging which most residents need when they are new and very elderly. They were very good at this. The huge plus was the staff in the physical therapy department which is affiliated with the center. They came forward right away, did the necessary paper work and started the assessment as needed. great job. I would recommend this facility according to the needs that need to be met by the person living there.
