Personalized care and attention. Accommodating likes, dislikes and comfort. Staff, bending down on knees to look into residents eyes, listening intentionally, communicating in ways that deeply touch hearts.l Madonna Staff include all residents gently encouraging participation. Impressive planned daily activities. Activity Directors top notch. Staff members never miss a beat always working so hard taking pride in all they do. I would rate Madonna Gardens as a 5 in each of the seven categories you listed. [name removed] was essential in my choosing Madonna Gardens for my wife. She was very helpful in answering my questions to insure that my wife would be happy. My tells me every day that she loves being there. The staff is very friendly and caring.

There has been so much staff turnover lately. The new activity person is trying to do different things but some of them are too hard for alot of the residents. She is new so she's learning. My mother in law is happy with her surroundings and the staff. It's a small facility and for people who have memory issues or a physical disability, it's easy to get around. I would recommend Madonna Gardens to others.

I wish I could have convinced my mom to move here a year ago. She would have been much happier, with all the staff attention, activities, and meeting new people. It would have made her life so much more enriched at the end of life experience. I cry every day because I miss my mom so much. My tiny mom, such a strong, independent, beautiful woman.

My dad has been a resident at Madonna Gardens for almost 3 years. We just celebrated his 104th Birthday. He's very happy and, we feel, well cared for. The new manager is very helpful. However, the carpet in his room could be cleaned.

My loved one is currently a resident at Madonna Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. [Name removed] pays attention to my loved one's medical supplies and lets me know immediately if something runs low or if anything is needed for her care. The move in process was easy and the staff assisted when needed. My loved one's room is always kept clean and organized. My only suggestion would be more attention to the meals regarding diabetic diets/needs. Otherwise, the food is good. I would definitely recommend Madonna Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care to others to assist in the care of their loved ones.

My dad has been a resident at Madonna Gardens Assisted Living and Memory Care for a year and a half. He is well taken care of. The food is okay, he says. The price is fair. Everything at this facility is clean. They have a Newsletter for those who are not close by. It's a homey place, I call it a hotel.

I give them 5's across the board. This is a new facility. It's a tough job and they do it well here.

Looking at other facilities as well as the Madonna, they did not have the largest rooms available, but the place was extremely clean and the staff members have all been very very friendly towards our family.

We chose Madonna Gardens because this was the best value for the money and we thought it would be the best fit for him and it is close to our house. The staff members are good with communication, they are always calling to keep me informed of what is going on. I would highly recommend them and already have.

My Mom and myself also had thing’s stolen from her room while she lived there. Keep watch of your jewelry and any nice sunglasses to say the least.

We drove by Madonna Gardens for my loved one, but we didn't go in. Even from the outside, it just looked so dismal to me. I knew without even touring that this was not the place for my loved one to be, so we continued our search.

My mom has been a resident at Madonna Manor for about five weeks. If you are looking for a great home for your loved one, Madonna Manor is the place! It gives me such peace and reassurance when my mom tells me, "I love living here... the staff are wonderful and caring... I feel safe...this is my home." These are just some of the statements she has made. I visit my mom about four to five times per week, so I have met many of the staff that work at Madonna Manor. They are kind, caring, friendly and professional and seem to really enjoy their jobs. [Removed] is the Director. He is easy going and easy to talk to. He truly cares about each resident and insures they are comfortable and enjoying their stay. I am truly thankful for finding Madonna Manor. Great place!!!

Madonna Manor provides a quiet and restful atmosphere to its residents. The staff is professional and caring while seeing to the needs of each individual resident. My mom has only been there a couple of weeks and so far they're doing a great job!

The staff at Madonna Manor make all the difference in personal care. They treat resident with excellent care as if they were their own family. My mom has only been there for just over a month and during that period her health, mentally and physically, improved dramatically. I contribute it to the TLC provided by the staff. We are thankful that we found Madonna Manor.

I thought everything was not what I expected. I did want to put my parents in this community. It did not fit my parent's personality so I did not take the tour any further.

Caretakers seem to be truly interested in their patient care.
