Lehigh Acres Assisted Living

We were very pleased with the state of the assisted living home. It was very clean, very well, organized. My brother-in-law had a private room. His care was impeccable. They were very, very friendly an attentive. I could not have asked for a better place for my brother.In law. The food was absolutely fabulous. I was extremely pleased! I can't say enough good about the staff they were super. The facility manager [name removed], was absolutely amazing. There were loads of activities and even outings. If I needed to be in assisted living, Lehigh Acres would be the place for me.

Lehigh Acres Place is a very welcoming environment for loved ones needing care and assistance. The staff is very kind and they offer the utmost care for their residents. Daily being in the facility I witnessed the residents participating in activities such as exercising, gardening, crafts, church community services, games, and more to bring joy and healing. I would recommend LAP for those needing a place to be cared for in the utmost way.

Most all the vegetables and fruit are canned. They hardly served a normal portion of meat at lunch, maybe 1 or 2 chicken tenders for dinner (and they we're not cooked well. ) The log on the door was broken, and when they would come check on him in the middle of the night they would wake him up --trying to get the key to turn. The employee who did his laundry did a great job, though. They didn't keep his room clean, but they did do a good job on the laundry. They really need to improve on the food, activities and cleaning of the rooms. Some of the nurses were not very nice either.

They have a lot of activities, such as; bingo, sing-along, church services, puzzles, and games. They try to keep the residents busy. It's so expensive, but my loved one has total care. We picked this community. because it was recommended, I got good vibes after visiting. It's very clean, nice, and my loved one has a private room. I like the staff. I would recommend to other families.

My mother has been in Lehigh Acres Place for 9 years. They have given her the utmost care and loving service. The staff are true professionals. I highly recommend this Assisted living facility for your loved ones.

We chose Lehigh Acres Place because it was close to me so I could go visit often. My mother in law was doing activities here she was not doing at home, they always had things going on. The best part about the community was that when she was here she had free range inside the community and courtyard, but she could never go outside where she could get lost. I would absolutely recommend.

Our uncle lived here for a short time until the end of his life. We are so thankful he was here. The ENTIRE staff is terrific!!! They treated him (and us) like family. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this facility is. I would highly recommend putting your loved one here.

My mom is loving her Lehigh Acres Place experience. She is satisfied with several features of this assisted living facility. She loves the size of her apartment and how it gets cleaned and her bed changed every week. Eating is important to her and she enjoys having choices and the portion sizes. She is involved in all activities which has her becoming more active. This facility is small and she is comforted by the fact that they will check on her several times a day. As her daughter, I never worry about her health because she is monitored daily and I am notified immediately if there is a change in her health or medication. Her cost to live there is close to her monthly income and the staff works with family to keep it that way.
