Kendrick Court Senior Apartments

I have never been one to do reviews but we need to take time to show our appreciation. I am going on my 3rd year at Kendrick Court. From the very beginning everyone was very welcoming. My apartment is great, no real issues, but when I needed any maintenance, it was taken care of quickly. I feel safe here. The inside and outside grounds are kept clean and beautiful. But more important, they have a staff that go above and beyond. Its not just a job for them, but they really care. They check up on us, make sure we are ok, and they have activities to bring us all together and interact with us. The staff is always involved in decorating and making the whole building feel like home, and they make us all feel like family. I can't imagine living any where else, and believe me I have lived in many places. The fact that we are so close to stores, pharmacy and more is also a big plus. Thank you, to this wonderful staff, for all you do.

I have lived at Kendrick Court Apartments for almost 4 years. The office management personnel are friendly and courteous. The complex grounds are kept in great shape, internally and externally. The response to service calls are immediate. I have lived in many apartments over the years and this is the best one that I have experienced.

Kendrick Court staff is excellent. [Name removed] and [Name removed] made all efforts to make sure my application went through with all the needs I have. I researched other places around and no one treated me with so much respect and caring. I have been living in Kendrick now for two weeks, and I am so grateful I found this place. Everybody in the community is very friendly. There are many activities to do everyday. If there is an issue in your apartment, the send it to get fixed as soon as possible. This community is very safe, and it is accessible to many places such as main streets, supermarket, restaurants, stores, to 28 Route, and to Dulles Toll Road. I have loved living here !! The community is friendly and there are always things to do . I have put in request for service and it may take one day to get it done. [Name removed] is great and has always made time for anyone who comes to the office. She is great with people, and she gets things done without delay [Name removed], who is our maintenance person is always ready to help and gets requests done within a day of the request. He is always pleasant and smiling and willing to help.

It was a very nice facility with nice people. It is an independent living situation and it was close to us so that had some attraction to it. There is an income qualification that my mom just barely missed.
